Power Levels

This is where the power levels are listed. However to advance you must reach the next stage of your journey. The stages are as follows:


Blues - This constitutes as anywhere from the North, East, South or West Blue.

Grand Line: Paradise - This constitutes anywhere in the first half of the Grand Line.

New World - This constitutes anywhere beyond the first half of the Grand Line.

You can start anywhere you wish with any power levels however you cannot start with haki. You must complete at least one thread before you can gain haki if your power levels dictate starting you can have haki. With each power level you must start at the bottom of each level. There are three levels of which you can start at which is as follows:

Blues
Grand Line
New World

Example.
1 Thread = Below Average - Average
2 threads = Below Average - Proficient etc...

Due to giants, fishmen & various other species being naturally stronger they automatically begin with strength at a skilled level. However all races will be able to match one another when all stats are maxed out.

Upon creating a character you will be given 12 points in which you are able to assign to specific stats, and these will allow you to start with skills above average. You may also remove points to a skill you deem worthless for your character and use them to upgrade other stats, however you may only do this in the creation of your character.

Each thread where characters increase their stats must be at least 3 pages long. For characters who choose to do solo threads. They must do at least 3 threads to contribute for one stat increase unless their single thread is three pages.

When starting in one of the blues you will only have your strength, skills & brains to utilize in battle.
Upon entering the Grand Line you will have your improved strength & skills as well as the potential to unlock one colour of Haki excluding King's Haki. The highest level of haki you can train to whilst in the Grand Line however will be  Advanced.
When you have reached the New World you will then have the potential to use & train all colours of haki towards mastery. Upon reaching MAX Stat only one stat can be made into MAX the rest cannot.

Haki Power Levels

Beginner - This is the first colour of haki and you will only be able to use haki when your character is in dire need due to life threatening situations. This can only be used for one post. You will only be able to use this once per thread.

Unstable - This is the second colour of haki and you will only be able to use this when your character is in dire need due to life threatening situations, however it can be used for two posts. You will only be able to use this once per thread.

Advanced - This is the third colour of haki and you will only be able to use this at a moment's notice and it will last for 3 posts. You will only be able to use this twice per thread.

Stable - This is the fourth colour of haki and you will be able to use this with great ease for as long as you please however you will only be able to use it trice during a thread.

Mastery - This is the fifth & final colour of haki and you will be able to use this with great ease for as long as you please as many times as is needed.
