Captain		Eche Chiru is a crazy guy who would appear to society as a cheesy mad scientist. However, Chiru is just a weird surgeon, who cares for those he is close and loyal to. About his weirdness, he is very talkative and expressive. He says whatever is on his mind. Even though Chiru seems like someone nobody wants to be around, he is actually a good comrade and friend. Deck Hand		Fletcher Perkins is an individual who enjoys the simple things in life, lazing around, having fun and following his dreams. He believes in following dreams and pursuing true freedom in life, living without the constraints that the World Government has tried to impose on the people of the world.
