Name of Dial: Ice Dial

Appearance of the Dial: The Ice Dial appears like a small purple tightly coiled dial with small holes darted all over it. The apex of the dial there is a button which can be depressed into the dial itself and will work until the button is released.

Function of the Dial: The Ice Dial's function is to release an ice cold air in all directions. When pressing the button on the apex of the dial from all of the holes scattered over the dial, air is released which is like a winter breeze. This effect will last for however long the button is held down. If the dial is placed within weaponry it will make the weapon ice cold and may even cause the very air around the weapon to freeze into ice. These dials have enough power behind them to turn a room into a wintry terrain.

Drawbacks from usage of the Dial: The dial is so cold it may cause stiffness whilst being used due to the temperature it releases. Unless correct protection is worm.
