Standing at 5’8 one hundred and fifty pounds. He is not that tall nor does he have a large physique, His speech pattern is slow and melodies when he speak its in a low tone that forces you to listen. He has enough hair on his legs that it can be come with a mustache comb but not enough that it can hold the comb. Jimmy prefers to keep clean but not overly so. He smells strangely of soap and smoke. He typically can be seen with a cigarette in his mouth. When he fights, hunts, or other work and is serious about it he ties his hair up with a white ribbon in very high thin/tight pony tail. His sword is kept on either hip or horizontally along his waist behind his back. Just under his heart are three tear tattoos in a blood colored red.
Personality: Normally calm and easy going when by himself. Jimmy is person who can adapt to any situation. He prefers to stay out of the spot light but he is able put on a variety of facades as the circumstance arises in order to get closer to his target. Although he doesn’t have many close associate because his training as an assassin taught him to distance himself and not trust some suspect that he might like men. He has only been questioned once about this he causally passed off saying “by any means necessary right”? He was referring to

Not skilled or merciful enough to control strength he put targets down as quickly as possible. Ironically he has chosen two profressions that require a great deal of waiting and does it those circumstances just fine.

Background
To understand Jimmy for you would have know about his family. They are not all particularly wealthy family at least not as a house hold name. However Jimmy’s grandparents were extremely rich. But the family is filled with talented individuals who seem to always be successful at the chosen careers. Whether it be cooking, business, shipbuilding, and even more nefarious and exciting work. Jimmy’s own father was an assassin and his mother a doctor. The pair met while they were young and Jimmy’s mother was in medical school. She was attracted to the mystery and danger he was attacked by how different she was to the people he normally associated with. The first time they met she saved his life despite the intimidating circumstances him surrounded by imposing men (large- trained looking, strong) who physically tried removing her. But she insisted saying that without medical attention he would die. Eventually they would form a relationship and while they would never get married they brought a child into this world Jimmy. Having left as soon as he found out Jimmy’s mother was pregnant he didn’t want he didn’t want his life to further impact her and his growing child. His mother raised him with her family the “Lestrange’s”. Jimmy was raised well at least he never wanted for anything material. But with his grandparents frequent business trips and vacations his mother extremely interested in her medical studies. Jimmy was often left alone with the nannies butlers and other household staff. Initially he tried studying medicine in own free time in order to give him and his mother something to talk about in the few times she was available. But that didn’t work and he would end up going off into the city and explore on his own.
Around the age of ten he met a man by the name Lucas who took interest in him. What Jimmy didn’t know is that he had been a childhood friend of his fathers. They had grown apart personally but they worked in the same circles. Taking Jimmy under his wing he taught this lonely the art of assassination under the condition that as long as Jimmy was learning from him he abandoned the name Lestrange. Later this man would also help fake his death by staging a fire and in Jimmy's place trapping a person who looked like leaving his family ring on the body.
It took several years in which Jimmy not only learned assassination, but he continued his study of medicine because it applied to what he was learning with Lucas. Lucas also taught him to use knives and swords. When the training was done Lucas tried to get Jimmy to work for him and briefly he would. First they faked Jimmy’s death so that he could leave the island and work as an Assassin. Jimmy agreed to this however for his own endeavors he never planned to work for Lucas and he always knew that’s what Lucas wanted. After the faking of his death Jimmy did two jobs.
On the 2nd and final job the target was merchant of very valuable goods known in the underworld community as one who could get his hands on anything. There as unspoken rule that he was off limits and because of this the woman felt safe, she didn’t see her death coming. Although there were many fine goods on the ship Jimmy took the devils fruit that was aboard eating it unfamiliar with which one it was. Which he learned about working in the underworld. He had heard that many people risked their lives to find one and that it could be any number wonderful gifts.
Lucas didn’t take this well it was the one thing on the ship that he was suppose to give to his client he had not told Jimmy this but it didn’t matter cause Jimmy fled afterwards not finding out what became of Lucas till many years latter.
Now many miles and islands apart from where he was born Jimmy lives unchained by family connections or ties that could hold him back. Over his life he bought his common sword at a store. His knives given to him during training.

Level 2- Voice can be changed. pheromones altered. This can be done in two ways: First the user pheromones can be changed internally with out injecting themselves the pheromones will pass through the pores affecting those in range those with normal smell around 10m. This last for 3 of the DF users post after they leave the range. 2nd method is to inject target. User can now introduce to others and utilize hormones not native to his own species.

That is correct. Not everything people do are planned. And he did not intend on working for Lucas

If Mercy has nothing to do with strength why has it been included in his personality ?

So he's unable to control his strength yet he has average strength? Doesn't quite make sense as with that statement it's only relevant if he a great deal of strength which he does not.

Strength speaks to more than just how much you can lift. And even if it were just about physical. Would you wrestle/play with a toddler with same strength as you would use on someone your age or a big dog no. But you don't have inhuman levels of strength, I'm just guessing. So that means your able to hold back your strength.

Yes but the way you have worded it creates the impression that he's physically incapable of holding back his strength, also I never said strengthly purely applies to how much you are able to lift.

Right all though his physical strength his average his weapon skill in trained. So when he fights he fights with full skill.
"Not skilled" He doesn't have practice restraining himself to only exhibit enough skill for task at hand.

Weapon Skill + Physical Skill = Strength
His Strength is average, regardless if Weapon Skill is trained I dont recall that being a stat.

Dexterity reflects weapon skill. It all boils down to "What do you want changed" You have said that his strength is average so...
