Within minutes the entire Camp had begun its preparations, Efficient, Effective, Enforcers was the motto of Seargent Baris' Men as they begun the distribution of weapons and the gates shut and were reinforced with planks of wood thicker than the skull of the man who commanded them. Meanwhile inside of the tent with the entrance shut,Baris was holding talks with his new Asset...Mary Horingold or so she was believed to be.

Stroking his temples at the constant rambling of Alexis, Baris slapped the Recruit around the face with an open hand sending her crashing down to the floor. "I grow weary of your petulant dribble.We don't have women in our army you're weak,emotions are a liability for your type, Now tell me about this attack Hayward is planning or I'll pluck your teeth like feathers...and belive me you don't want that ...love" said Baris mockingly as he impersonated her accent.

---Colton & Akira---

With the commotion and bustle it was rahter easy to slip out unnoticed from the ranks for Akira and Colton as they entered the streets of Barbarosa. Houses were desolate, destroyed it seemed no civilians were living on the island .

"The Palace is gonna be tricky to get into, the roof might be the best option. "

Approaching the Palace Akira couldn't help but grin there it stood, pristine as if it had been built yesterday, the marble of the houses surface polished from what itseemed every day. It was truly a marvel of modern architectual beauty but these feelings were soon absent as Akira reflected on the kind of man who owned it or stole it, through brutal methods which further backed up his morals for taking this man and his militia down once and for all.

The Palace was heavily armed and guarded just as Akira had predicted, Pairs of Guards stationed around the entire perimeter of the Mansion, tossing a pop green onto the floor as a Trampolia flower emerged Akira nodded to his subordinate.

"See you up there"

---Bosco & Briar---

"Holds every single Marine Profile of their Officers stationed in all of the Blues...including Hayward" said Briar with a grin as he unveiled the USB Stick and placed it into the palms of Bosco. At the very mention of the name Hayward , Bosco's face turned sour as he rolled the portable device between his thumb and forefinger .

"You've outdone yourself as per usual Briar" remarked the Commanding General before being interupted by the ringing of a Den Den Mushi behind him. Quelling the sound almost instantly by picking it up almost instantly, Bosco brought the Den Den Mushi to his ears.

"What Is It?"

Watching as his Captain bounced into the air atop the mansion Colton figured all bets were off the table now, they just needed to get into the mansion quietly. This would be simple. Standing still for further few minutes he watched the patterns of the guards then finally took a few steps back and sighed.

He could quite easily turn into his ash form and slip past everyone with general ease if he really wanted to. Scratching at his chin Colton finished memorizing the guard's patrols.

Serpent Shed

Drifting into a variety of different pieces of ash he allowed himself to slip into the air with relative ease. Drifting in an upward fashion towards the roof of the palace he drifted past a guard who was stood on the edge manning it. Figuring he didn't need to bring harm to these men Colton motioned himself inside through an open window.

Sitting just inside it he waited for Akira. He could see everything from his current location, so all he needed now was to find Akira. That shouldn't be too hard. Waiting for him Colton placed a hand to his forehead to block out the sun. Peering at the other guards he noticed how each of them were armed pretty well. Seemed that their leaders were pretty well funded.

Dialing Akira, Colton had some news for him.

Bidi bidi bidi

"Captain Miyazaki, I'm on the roof already and I'm currently infiltrated. Got in through an open window on the North East. I'll wait for you here. There's still a few guards up here though."

He would've offered to take them out for him but he was a big strong man, surly he could handle himself. At least that's what he hoped.

Placing the den den mushi down he took a moment to admire the view and just wished he had his guitar with him.

[Vaetric]

Alexis got slapped. “Ow, yah’ foktar-” She stopped herself for a moment, maybe she shouldn’t verbally abuse the one with the weapons and who had her all tied up. “’Ow am I supposed the tawlk if ah’ ‘ave no teef? Well, anywais, they’re gonnah’ com’ in throo’ tha’ sewers ye’ see. This is a ci’ey, roight? Lot of waste tah’ be ‘ad, enuff fer a lorge force tah’ sneak in, y’see? So loik, they com’ in threw the pipes n’ mash yer brains out while ya’ sleep, got mah’ drift? Lorge poipes tha’ let tha’ sewage go intah the sea.” She said, she did think about this actually, if they had to take it by force. But, it seems it could be used as a bluff instead. “Nah a’moont of walls con save ya’ then.” She shrugged, before looking around.

“So, er… Do ‘’ah get anyfin’ out of this?” She asked, already making a mental note to punch the guy so hard in the bollocks his testicles would pop out of his eye sockets later for his comment on women being the weaker sex. It’s not true, and definitely since they continued TO BLOODY CHEAT WITH BULLETS.

---Akira---

Hitting the roof hard Akira groaned as he clutched his ribs before picking himself up and combing his hair back over the crown of his head. Picking up his Den Den Mushi he nodded as Colton relayed his message, he was beginning to see why Hayward had a dislike for him because he liked to do things his own way which the Captain couldn't help but respect really. Spotting the guards, Akira quickly dispatched them with the butt of his twin blades, incapicitating them before tying them against a metal pipe that was protruding from the roof of the palace.

Heading over towards the North East side of the Roof , Akira peered his head over the top of the Palace as he identified the window that Colton must of accessed the building from.Using a Vine as a rope the Captain swung through the window , using a shoulder roll to break the impact before landing at Colton's Feet.

"Let's go find us this Intel. Colton scan the upper floor see if you can find Bosco and or Briar , I'll do a sweep of the rooms here. Oh and don't kill anyone, please. Non-Lethal OK?"

---Bosco & Briar---

"WHAT. DO YOU MEAN?" roared Bosco as he rose to his feet with a death grasp on the receiver of his Den Den Mushi much to the interest of his comrade, Briar.

"Exactly that Sir, Baris was alerted by a mole that claims Hayward is launching an all out attack on the Barbarossian Soil, he's after the Flash Drive. It's an Amber Alert, Baris has requested your immediate appearance here"

Looking towards Briar and nodding, if it had been any other Subordinate, Bosco would of told them to fuck themsleves but not Baris because as much as Bosco was afraid to admit it he was shit scared of the Seargent. Placing the Flash Drive on a necklace around his neck, Bosco slammed the transmitter down with a thud .

"Hayward has made his move...he's attacking the bloody island the Bald Headed Bastard" Briar's immediate reaction was to raise the point about Bosco also being near bald but decided it probably wasn't the best timing.


---Seargent Baris---

Sitting back in his chair, Rocking at a 45 degree angle , Seargent Baris drummed his fingers off the top of his desk repeatedly as he listened to Alexis' claims.

"If there coming through the Sewers why the BLOODY HELL IS THERE A BOAT OUT AT SEA?" roared the Seargent as he began to lose his temper with the Marine. He wasn't sure if her arrogance was legitimate or just a mockery, either way it sure as hell grinded his gears to no end.

"Your Reward, will be you getting to keep your life. If your claims are legitimte of course, otherwise I'll cut your head off in front of all of my men."

Humming a tune to himself Colton heard a little bit of grunting from sounded like it was on the other side of the window, seconds later there was a man tumbling at his feet.

Standing up he spotted his Captain Akira Miyazaki. Seemed he'd had a slightly harder time getting up here. As his Captain gave him the orders to check the upper floor for the two men Colton nodded.

"Can do Captain." he replied. Taking a few steps towards the stairs he heard him ask to be non lethal and nodded.

"Don't worry, I don't want to do anything I don't have to."

Taking a few steps up Colton quickly parted himself for convenience. It was always easier to travel and search floors quicker when you nothing more than mere dust or in this case, ash.

Serpent Shed

Drifting into a near by ventilation system Colton felt himself starting to get blown away. Turning himself into human form he started crawling through the vents and peering out into the rooms.

First room was just a canteen with two pirates playing cards. Continuing along he peered into the next room to find a locker room. Next up was a storage room for the kitchen's he expected.

Continuing along the system Colton found himself staring at the fan which had caused him to be blown away when he was ash. Taking aim with his hand Colton grinned.

"Bloody fan" he whispered.

Serpent Spit I

As the explosive force of ash slammed into the fan Colton grinned when he saw the ash begin to clog up the fan and in a matter of moments the fan was stopped.

He could hear slightly better now and decided to take advantage of this new found freedom without wind.

Serpent Shed

Slithering through the vents quickly Colton managed to look through, two more storage rooms, one for weapons, one for uniforms, another locker room, this time for females, not that it interested him, an office which was empty, an office which looked out onto the island with a map on the desk and two men.

Pausing he took a few moments to try and figure out who they were. The lighting wasn't great and considering their backs were to the vents he couldn't quite make out their faces either.

Looking towards the window he tried to look at their reflections.

"Hayward has made his move...he's attacking the bloody island the Bald Headed Bastard"

Raising an eyebrow Colton smirked. Reforming as he heard those words, they sounded like the words of a man in charge as well as a man in trouble. Pulling out his den den mushi and placing it down beside himself, Colton waited and watched. He could make the call just yet. The small area he was currently in would echo like a grand canyon and he couldn't afford that. Waiting for the right moment Colton kept his hand on the mushi.

Alexis thought for a moment. Maaaaaybe she should’ve said the attack was going to come a couple of days from now, so they’d have a false sense of security, now she might’ve just made them even more cautious. Oh well, couldn’t be helped, if she spoke up now, soooo.. She might as well just twiddle her thumbs and wait for whatever signal that could be interpreted. “Well, ever ‘eard of a deestractian?” She asked breezily. Lying was easy as long as you kept your temper under control, and went with the flow. Or at least, she hoped that was what you had to do to make a good lie, but still. At least the other two would be doing something useful. “Wot, you thought they’d atteempt tah’ attack tha’ city or wotever with one bloodeh boat?”

---Colton---

"Why Now though?" questioned Briar as he looked outside the window of the office that overlooked the island, looking up towards the sky he noticed the Birds circling overheard in an orderly queue waiting for the bloodshed to commence.

"It's true, the birds don't lie...ever" remarked Bosco as he stood beside the disgraced Commodore as he overlooked the Island he had taken and ruled with an iron fist despite having no civilains to rule over, the chemical warfare had taken it's toll on the population of Barbarosa.

"If Hayward want's it back he's going to pry it off my cold dead body" snarled Bosco as exited hastily slamming the doors open with a two handed push which nearlyt caused the large oak doors to come clean off of their hinges.


--=Akira---

Searching through the rooms, on the Second Floor, in a rather hasty fashion that lacked any detail. It seemed that the Second Floor was mostly comprised of rooms for guests of the General judging from the quality of the rooms aswell as the size. Passing through the corridor rather quicky, Akira halted almost immediately ashe saw the figures of Bosco and Briar coming down the main staircase towards the Ground Floor. Immediately turning back round the other way and hiding himself in a utility closet, Akira pulled out his transmitter.

"Colton, I've got a visual on Bosco and Briar. My Guess they're on route to the Camp. We better intercept them before we let them get to Alexis. "


---Alexis---

"Haven't you heard of a bloody scout ship? Were you even a marine?"b quesitoned Baris as his patience began to thin. Rubbing his temples to relieve the stress that his migraines brought on, the Seargent opted for a different approach, "Are you hungry, thirsty? would you like some new clothes?" questioned Baris once agian this time with a more sincere tone of voice which of course was completely fictional.

Hearing the final words from the two Colton exhaled as they left the room. Serpent Shed reforming in the office he answered the den den mushi that seemed to be ringing as he reformed. Placing it on the desk he picked it up and listened to Akira's orders.

"Right, ambush?" Colton questioned as he opened the window creating a quick escape for himself.

“Well, ‘wotevah, tha’ main force is aboot a couple o’ days away. Eeeiether that or they’re oolredy ‘ere, dependin’ on wheech one wus’ right.” she said idly, shrugging. “Eeeh, I is a bit hungry, Oi guess, ‘ow ‘bout a burgah?” She asked, looking around the room. “N’ water.” She added. Well, she wondered what the other two were doing. She was having a whale of a time trying to convince these two, though maybe it was being she was acting cocky as hell. Actually, she wasn’t acting, but still.

---Colton & Akira---

"Seems our best option. We need to get them in an area away from others, Ihave a feeling this battle is going to be a toughie. Meet me down at bottom of the stairwell" said Akira as he ended the transmission and placed his Den Den Mushi inside his right breast pocket, before cracking his neck to the right and then again to the left before making his way down the stairs as he waited for his recruit.

---Alexis---

"Alright then, won't be just a second" replied Baris with a smile as he exited the tent before closing it behind him. Immediately the Seargent was alerted to the sounds of footsteps coming from behind him. Instinctively Baris spun around to see that it was a scout with binoculars in hand, whatever it was it seemed rather urgent from the look on his face. Stopping in front of his commanding officer the Slender officer saluted before relaying his message in between pants "Sir, We have a double agent. Two Bodies were found on the North East side of the island by the cliff face, a hole was burnt through the fence and there arer boats at the bottom of the cliff, three of them"

Looking at the officer Baris grinned and shook his index finger as all the pieces began to connect and join themselves together, Lieutenant Mary Horningold wasn't a traitor, she was amarine alright and a loyal one at that. With a wide grin etched onto his face the Seargent begun to see things a whole lot clearer. McNulty, Skempton, Horingold they were the double agents, it made perfect sense now that he thought about it he hadn't seen McNulty nor Skempton since their confrontation.


His smile soon turned to anger as he began to huff and puff with rage as the seargent roared "FIND ME MCNULTY AND SKEMPTON, ALL OF YOU...I WANT THEM ALIVE!"almost immediately the 50 Strong Army of Seargent Baris ran off into the town all armed with their guns and blades in pursuit of the newly discovered moles.

Nodding to his orders Colton used the technique he'd been using all day to part himself and reform at the foot of the stair well. It was always the least hassling way to get anywhere in this building without worry about gaining suspicion and having to deal with a series of guards.

Reforming at the foot of the stairwell Colton had already started planning an ambush in his mind.

Although considering he knew little about these men he worried that his strategies might not work. He knew they possessed haki and that would be a problem for him as well as Akira. If they were anywhere near as strong as Hayward, then he'd definitely have a problem. Fighting from a range might be the best option he figured. Although a good old Dragon's Petrification could come in handy if it was needed and he could be bothered to expend so much energy in one great big all out attack to kill two men.

[Vaetric]

Well sheeeeit. She heard shouting from behind the door. Who did Colton and Akira impersonate again? Might’ve been the people who whatshisname was shouting about. She looked around, she lost her rifle as she got her, sooo… Yeah, she’s just about screwed if he decides to come back in again to attack her. But hey, maybe he didn’t suspect her? Damn it, Colton needed a brain, so did that Akira. Not hiding the bodies? Pfeh. PFFHFHTHGEHETHEH. Bloody hell. Anyway, she needed to get away from this room. She looked over for a window, and walking over to it, trying to be quiet as she searched for an exit route.

Akira & Colton

Nodding as he saw Colton emerge before him he began they began to exit the Palace, noticing both Bosco and Briar up ahead roughly 100 meters away Akira spoke in a hushed tone to Colton. "You didn't see the Flash Drive in their office anywhere did you ?" asked the Captain as he slowed his pace to maintain a distance from Bosco and Briar. Realising now was the opportune time to launch the assualt as the pair turned a corner into an open space of land that stood desolate without anyone around or near roughly ten minutes away from the Baris Camp.



Smirking to each other both Bosco and Briar could already tell they were being followed, as with one solitary nod Briar pivoted on his heel sending a Rankyaku Air Slice towards both Colton and Akira which caused Akira to dive to the left. He wasn't as concerned for Colton as he knew now that more than likely the air slash would pass straight through him thanks to his Logia capabilities. Using a corner of a building as cover, Akira called out to Colton he had a plan.

By Utilizing the Capablilites of Colton's Hai Hai No Mi, and Akira's Bamboo Javelin Technique, the pair would fire a torrent of flaming bamboo towards their assailants, best of all Akira already had a name for it Haisa Haisa : Dragon Arrow.


Alexis

Returning back to his tent in a hurried manner, Baris noticed the hanging leg of Alexis' as she tried to crawl out of the window. Hurriedly he flung himself over the desk as he latched onto her ankle and tugged her back through the window. Grasping her firmly by the neck he began to strangle her with both hands were wrapped tightly around her neck as Baris laughed maniaclly as he watched the life fade slowly out of Alexis.

Shaking his head in response to Akira's question Colton followed his Captain after the two men known as Briar & Bosco. When Briar spun and launched out a serious attack his way Colton paused for a second whilst Akira dived for cover. He recognized the attack from somewhere but he couldn't figure out where until it hit him. Literally.

Tearing through him and continuing as if it was nothing the attack passed through his build up of ash. Clicking his fingers at the sudden realization of the technique a grin appeared on his face.

"Rankyaku" this was one of the techniques Akira had explained to himself & Alexis earlier aboard the ship. Hearing Akira's voice call out he had a plan he turned to see the bamboo and understood. Nodding Colton raised his hand.

Serpent Spit II launching out a sharp shooter version of Serpent Spit I this shot of ash sped towards the bamboo lighting it on fire due to the intensity of the heat. Smirking as he nodded to Akira he turned his attention back to the two men and raised a hand to his face to cover his mouth as he yawned.

Well, so much for escaping, Alexis thought as a yelp left her lips, being dragged into the room, she didn’t quite expect him to be so fast, since she thought she had found a good foothold pretty quickly, but it appears not. Oh yes, she almost forgot; fukfukfukfukfukfukfukfukfukfukfuk! she thought, as he started to strangle her, cutting off her air. In desperation, she tried to repeatedly do what she vowed to do beforehand; kick him in the groin, most namely the testicles. She really, really needed to breathe as well, so she made extra care to punch him a few times in the temples, hoping to knock him out. Well, it wouldn’t’ really be punches, rather than flailing at his head.

Akira & Colton

Releasing the Fiery Javelins like a firework, the bamboo travelled in a arch as it came crashing down towards Bosco and Briar. Grinning Bosco reached to hisright for his sword that had the tip lined with seastone, with one single jump and a swipe the newly found technique was eradicated with ease as the General landed on his knee before standing up and resheathing.

"Handle Briar, I'll take Bosco " remarked Akira

Using the incoming blazing bamboo as a distraction Akira planted a Trampolia Pop Green and used it as a launch pad to hurl himself towards Bosco, unsheathing his blades as he took a run up the Captain began to spin in Mid-Air as he aimed for Bosco in a screw like attack. Caught off guard due to the hailstorm, Bosco managed to raise his blade in a vertical manner to lessen the piercing damage however the impact was another matter as the General was sent tumbling back a couple of feet.

Approaching Bosco who found himself flattened on the floor, Akira pointed his blade to his throat

"I'll say this once Bosco, give up before I have to hurt you"

Meanwhile, Briar had already started his offensive on Colton, zig zagging repeatedly through the use of Soru towards his opponent . Because of this it was challenging to keep track of his exact location emerging in front of Colton before aiming a heel kick at the larynx of the recruit.

Alexis

Dropping to his knees as he gasped holding his groin, the Sergeants tender parts felt the full force of Alexis' well placed foot as he released his grasp on her neck thus returning oxygen into her lungs. Crawling Baris grabbed onto the corner of the table as he helped himself up off the floor albeit slowly, after a brief struggle he made it to his feet and swung wildly for Alexis' head as he began to try and trade punches with the young brash recruit.

Watching as the two men threw themselves into offensive attacks Colton heard Akira's orders on dealing with Briar. Looking towards him he watched as the man vanished from sight before reappearing then vanishing again. He had to admit it was difficult to keep track of him and as he zig zagged from spot to spot he waited patiently attempting to focus on him when suddenly he was caught off guard by the man appearing in front of him and slamming a foot into his throat.

Thankfully however this flew straight through him as his body parted into ash. Reforming this time facing the opposite direction where Briar would've fallen through he formed with a hand directed towards him.

With a glazed look in his eyes and an outstretched hand he launched off his favorite half assed attack.

Serpent Spit I

Sending out a shotgun blast of searing hot ash towards the man he waited to see his response.

Sweet success! She gulped down a breath full of fresh, fresh air. He neck felt bruised and hurt, though right now she had different things to worry about. She WAS about to go and kick him again, though as she reared backwards to kick him to the face he lashed out and hit her leg. It hurt, it hurt indeed. “Ouch ya fokin’ basterd!” She mumbled, she didn’t want to be TOO loud in case some people were at the door. She took a few steps back, and ran toward him, attempting to jump towards his neck and put him into a head scissor lock. IF she manages to get his head steady, she would try to start thumping the hell out of his head with her fists, pounding and pounding and so forth.

Colton

Using Soru once more to evade the incoming Serpent Spit attack Briar reappeared directly opposite Colton roughly five meters from him. With his hands by his sides and a smile the mohawk wearing pirate began to pace left and right keeping his eyes firmly locked on Colton.

"Had to make sure. So you're a Logia, an ash one at that...interesting"

Looking down towards his hand , Briar grinned even more as his fist became black. Leaping into the air, Briar launched his index finger that was imbued by Armaments Haki, using his Shigan Rokushiki Technique as he aimed his index finger for the rib cage of Colton.

Akira

The tension between the pair grew with every passing second, Akira couldn't kill Bosco and Bosco knew it with a cocky grin he pushed Akira's blade out of the way as he stood back up and picked up his sword aiming a diagonal slash at the abdomen of Akira. Blocking with the Blunt edge of Jenny, Akira aimed a knee at the gut of Bosco which he side stepped causing the Captain to lose his momentum to which Bosco took advantage of by aiming a roundhouose key to the Captain's kidneys that ultimately sent him into a wall adjacent to the pair as the Captain let out a loud groan and clutched his sides.

Baris

Smirking as Baris managed to land a blow to the legs of Alexis as the Recruit cursed in pain, howoever the smirk was soon eradicated as Alexis locked his head around her legs and began to thump the holy hell out of Baris' head. Groaning in Pain, thinking quickly the Seargent shot his legs out as he aimed to wrap them around Alexis' head by turning slightly on his side so he was lying on his ribs. The Fight wasn't the most civilized nor graceful however Baris and Alexis were not the most civilized fighters...they were brawlers plain and simple.

Suddenly seeing the sight of Briar vanish once more Colton rolled his eyes lazily. He gained sight of him once more however when he appeared in the distance. Hearing his words about him being a logia and an interesting one Colton waited for him to finish.

"Yea, that's me. The Ash Man."

He didn't much care for speeches and really didn't much care what this guy had to say to him, he just wanted to get his hands on the flash drive and get out of here, of course after beating this guy, since it seemed like part of the mission as well.

Noticing the man leap high into the sky with a black fist Colton raised an eyebrow he wasn't entierly certain what was going on. But he recognized the technique the man was using as one Akira had mentioned earlier.

It was another rokushiki technique known as shigan, pretty much a piercing poke. Must have a shit ton of power behind it to cause such damage he thought to himself, but being the logia he was he needed't worry. All this fool would wind up doin' was burning his finger.

Standing perfectly still not the slightest bit worried about this attack which shot into his rib cage, Colton waited for it thinking he'd just go through him again.

WRONG!

An explosion of pain rung through his body and suddenly he was looking Briar in the eyes with a hell of a shock plastered all over his face. His finger's in my torso! he thought to himself in shock. Blood had begun to form and drip from his body and cover Briar's finger.

Stumbling backwards in shock he clutched at his rib cage and hit the floor with his knees breathing heavily. Seeing the blood over his hand form Colton raised his head to look towards Briar.

"How the hell?" he muttered quietly before he looked at his hand. It was black. Whatever this black thing was coating his hand, Colton knew it was bad news for him and would need to avoid it at all costs.

Dragon Whirldwind

Watching Briar he hoped this whirlwind would aid him in combat. As the ash begun to circle them both and pollute the air between them Colton took a running charge towards Briar before using a technique to trick him.

Serpent Shed

With all of the ash floating around he figured Briar wouldn't be able to figure out his whereabouts since not all of this ash was him.

Keeping his mouth zipped Colton reformed and begun to use another technique which would bring a world of hurt to Briar.

Falling Lizard

“Just fok off already ya bast’erd!” She said angrily as she continued to pound at Baris’ head, she guessed he was probably stronger than her, so she would have to keep using dirty tactics in order to defeat him. Soon, suddenly a leg shot out and she was back-to-back with Briar, her legs still wrapped around his neck and his legs around her head. It probably looked quite ridiculous actually, but she started to try to pull Baris’ head backwards, attempting to pull his back a bit too farther back than what it should go, though it was harder due to no longer having him between her thighs but more in the area between her knees and ankles. She placed her own arms around the legs of Baris, trying to keep them in place while she carries out her work, in case he tries to snap her neck or something.

Colton

"Logias aren't invincible" said Briar with a smile as he twisted his finger before yanking it back out in an attemt to cause as much pain as possible . Noticing the incoming attacks Briar smiled as Colton disappeared into a blur of ash enjoying every second Briar remained stationary as his eyes repeatedly shifted from left to right as he scanned across the fog looking for Colton to re-emerge feeling the hotness of the ash on his skin Briar grinned as he brushed it off before applying his Tekkai Rokushiki Technique strengthing his body to the level of steel increasing Briar's resistence to the heat of the ash significantly.

Spotting Colton's incoming boot from above, Briar opted to manouever out of the way using his Soru technique reforming to the right hand side of Colton before aiming a strong right hook to the marine's nose with his Haki Imbued fist.


Akira

As his heels dragged through the dirt, a small dustcloud emerged as silence emerged on the battlefield between the two leaders. Shrugging his shoulders as he composed himself Akira shot a smile to Bosco as he wiped his nose on his sleeve. Bosco went in for another wild swing of an attack that lacked finesse but more than made up for in power as Akira ducked causing the Generals blade to get jammed into the solid concrete wall as a crack emerged on the foundations running five meters into the air. The Blade was wedged tightly as Bosco frantically tried to yank it out of the wall turning his back to his opponent.

Using this to his advantage Akira began his assault on Alonzo's ribs, by repeatedly jamming the hilt of his blade into the Generals ribs in a left-right-left-right motion before finishing the barrage off with a Mosa Mosa : Midori Boshi Impact Wolf that sent the General crashing through the building and causing it to collapse on top of him in a giant dustcloud. Breathing heavily, Akira stood there inspecting the damage awaiting Alonzo's response.

Alexis


Groaning in pain as Alexis began to try and bend the Sergeants spine in way's that no man's spine should ever be bent. Gnawing frantically with his teeth trying to grasp onto any amount of flesh he could, and rip the muscle and tissue from Alexis's frame. Whilst doing this Baris began to pinch the flesh on Alexis' ankles and legs as he tried to release the grasp she had on his spine and head ,

Slamming his burning heel into the ground Colton couldn't understand how this man was so able to move so quickly till he spotted a blackened fist motioning his way straight to his nose. Allowing his laziness to settle in Colton let his legs give way.

Dropping to the floor with his legs crossed Colton smiled. The whirlwind continued around them both and ash swirled inwards making it hard to breath, well not for Colton. The heat rose and Colton was pretty sure even if he might not being showing it Briar was sweating and struggling to breath. Inhalation of ash never did help.

It just burnt and eventually would harden in your lungs. Lying on the floor in his current lazy state, Colton extended an arm and opened his hand with a grin.

He may have some weird fighting style that allowed him to harm logias, but he wasn't an idiot. Avoid the blackness and he'd be safe. He knew that much.

Serpent Spit I

"Not invincible, but pretty damn close." Colton mentioned.

After firing out the explosive force of ash at such close range towards Briar's leg he grinned. He was pretty sure his tactic would work. He just wanted to set Briar's trousers on fire.

Bloody ouch. Screwing ouch. Just... Ouch, you know what? It hurt so much, that it's going to be described without being partially sensored: "You FUCKING RETARTED FUCK OF A SHITTED ARSE-KICKINGSHITSPEWINGMONKEYHUMPINGFUCKSHITTYFUCKSHITFUCK!" Alexis practically screamed at the top of her voice as he started to dig his teeth into her flesh, drawing blood. As well as that, he started to pinch her ankles!

Spurred by the pain, she dug her nails into the legs of Baris and gave a massive heave with her legs, pain driving most of her strength. Desperation also played a hand in it, as more than likely he would kill her as soon as she let go, she fcouldn't let go and she won't let go, at least... Not until his spine has broken into two. "Just... GO... DOWN!"

Colton

The Ash was a tricky obstacle to over come even Briar had to admit it even if he didn't want to, looking down at his fist he realised that his time was up with Haki for now. Reaching into his Jacket, Briar slipped on his knuckle dusters that were lined with Seastone once again an anti-logia based weaponry. Noticing his legs were on fire, Briar could feel the heat but it was nothing unbearable due to the existing Tekkai he had used on his body, instead of a searing hot pain it was more of a feeling when you rest your hand on a radiator for a couple of minutes.

Swiftly, Briar began to pat down his trousers quickly extinguishing the fire that had caused his trousers to burn up slightly revealing pockets of skin where the fire had melted the fabric. Grinning, at what Briar considered a more level playing field, the Pirate began his assault launching a barrage of punches all aimed at the upper torso and face of Colton all the whilst Briar tried to avoid inhaling any of the Ash that was slowly suffocating him.


Akira

After a few moments of Silence Akira's eyes widened with attention as the frame of Bosco emerged from the rubble pushing the debris off his body and in the air behind him. Charging for Akira, the Captain was struck by a shoulder barge as Bosco mounted himself on top of the Cherry Blossom Samurai as he deliverd a heavy barrage of right hands to the face of Akira causing the Captain to cough up blood as his breathing began to weeze. The Rage was apparent just from looking at Bosco and the veins protruding from his face and the frothing from his mouth that the General was not used to being slammed through a building.

Grabbing the Captain by his throat and single handedly tossing him against a wall like a rag doll, the rage of the Dictator seemed to quell after the brutal assault that left Akira with a broken nose and a busted lip . Groggily making his way to his feet with his smug smile still on his face, the Captain looked at Bosco before nodding to him, before spinning his blades in his hands as a number of vines began to grow out of Akira's body.

Alexis

Frantically Baris began to search around the floor of the tent for something sharp that could be used to free him from the grasp of the brash marine recruit. Grinning as he located a compass which must of made it's way onto the floor during the skirmish when Baris had vaulted over the desk in a desperate bid to stop the attempted escape by Alexis. Swinging his arm back by bending his elbow Baris attempted to pierce the Compass into the legs of Alexis hopefully the point would pierce a tendon or even better a juggular vein.

Smiling as the man reached to pat down his trousers Colton felt a sense of success rise in him. To keep the whirlwind of ash going around the two of them he'd had to change his left arm into ash and sent it off into the whirlwind whilst the rest of his body produced the ash which swirled so violently.

Setting Briar's trouser leg on on fire had only been a diversion and one he'd been proud to see him fall for. Now sitting millimeters above Briar was a large hand made of ash, none of it made of himself all produced from his body.

Reptilian Grasp

When the fingers slammed into the ground all around Briar they begun to close in. The sudden intensity of the ash begun to heat up the enclosed area, also as more ash was produced it only made breathing in the space harder. It was as if someone smoking was breathing directly down their your throat. The only thing that made it worse was the density of the ash was strong enough to grab a hold of you.

Serpent Shed

Reforming just outside of the ash hand that closed in on Briar, each thick chunky finger like the bar of a prison with almost no room to escape through between them. Colton smirked.

All of the ash that had been used to create the whirlwind was now this hand closing in on the former Commodore Briar.

"Yea, I may be a logia and I may be lazy, but don't underestimate me, I've got a brain too and I'm not afriad to use it once in a while. Now before the ash leaves you as a hollow statue of your former self you better start speaking about this flash drive. I doubt you want to die any time soon and I'm sure as shit my Captain would prefer you alive too as would your former mentor Hayward."
