• Tullus wishes to finally be ended of the suffering he endures whilst in combat due to his body being so badly injured and having to be constantly wrapped in bandages from head to toe. However he'd rather go out fighting than simply lying down and taking the easy way out.

After the events of 'The Devil In Dark Pants' all of the information between all surviving Marines has been traded so all are now up to speed. As Tullus is in charge of the crew being the most senior member there is a question which seeks his answer from Commander Rice.

After the events of the encounter with the Devil Skull Pirates Lieutenant Tullus LeVitt has settled on Battalion 82 heading to the island of Veniten in search of Winston.

Briefing: The war trodden island of Veniten is ruled by a man who struggled to survive day in & day out thanks to a large scale civil war that left everyone difficult to trust. The current leader is a psychotic, sociopathic beast of a man with the determination to survive of a rat.

Kill, Rape, Steal, Repeat.

Currently his identity is unknown as no one who'd every encountered him without his mask is able to speak to anyone about his identity and if they do all witnesses wind up either without tongues, eyes & hands or void of the life they'd once inhabited.

But from speculation wild rumors had been spread about him. Mostly those containing information about his identification.

His ultimate goals seemed to be less than savory. Slightly more savage. He saw the world as a place of fuck ups & people who saw him as less than he was. He wanted to bring a new age of danger to the seas & the rest of the world.
