"Is this some kind of sh!t joke?"

A young man sat on the floor, a guitar on his lap and a bag held by his right hand, in front of him stood a much older man. The young an looked up with a displeased expression whilst the older man just chuckled as if he just heard a good joke. The younger man stood up, he wasn't the man's size so he still had to look up to view the man's smiling face.

"What's wrong? I just gave you my opinion on your music." the older man said, same expression on his face.

The young man clutched the bag's handle, his guitar still swinging from his neck, it was held up by two piece of strings. He then spat at the older man, smirking right after he done so. The spit ball collided with the man's eye causing him to yell and curse.

"And that was my opinion on your face."

The older man was enraged by the comment and of course, attacked back. Sending a fist flying towards the young man's head. The young man simply pushed his gloved fist towards the in-coming one, both fists collided however attached to the guitarist's glove was spikes, specifically on his knuckles and since the man had just blindly thrown his fist towards the musician's one, he was in for a hell of a lot of pain. The man screamed as he clutched his bloodied fist, tears in his eyes.

"You bastard, that wasn't fair!" he yelled as he ran away, tears still in his eyes.

The musician stuck his tongue out as the man flees the scene.  

"That'll teach you to insult music."

..Oh boy oh boy. As with all voyages, she couldn't stand this one. She practically clung to the mast as they made it into port, attracting quite a few stares. Not because of her long, cherry blossom hair, not because of the various bulges in her clothes to which would be where she hid the money on herself, but... She was clinging face-to-wood with the mast. Who does that? Of course, she could stomach a little embarrassment, better than falling off the deck and into the sea. She. Hated. The. Sea.

She threw beli at the collector, not bothering to count how much she just practically gave away because it was probably a lot more than the toll, and ran off into the town, village, city, whatever? It wasn't floating on the water. She tried to recall it's name, but it kept escaping her, but still. She kept running until she was at least a few blocks away from the seaside, before falling down onto a bench. Gasping heavily and clutching her sides while sitting on her seat, she gives a passing glance to some crying fellow as he runs past. ..Uff. She looks around as soon as she gets the chance to. There MUST be something to buy here. Personally? She was hoping for some ancient vases, she knew a guy who'd pay top beli for it.

She let out a loud sigh, she'd rest here for a couple of moments longer.

"Ooo~ The sea's are rough todaaaaaay!~"

A horrible voice accompanied with a equally horrible tune could be heard. It was coming from a certain young musician who sat crossed legged, strumming the strings of his guitar. He continued to sing, the more he sang, the more terrible it became. It sounded like a pig was getting a boot forced down it's neck. The civilians covered their ears as they walked past the boy. A man even came, dropping tons of beli into the bag, begging the young man to stop. The musician, satisfied with his earn, stopped. He got up and stretched his arms, zipping up his bag full of beli and throwing it over his shoulder.

"Time to chow!~"

[Takao Song]

Walking past a lady who slept on a bench, Takao stopped for a moment. It kinda bugged him to see the homeless since he once too didn't have a place to stay. Lending his hand to the poor woman, he decided to do something nice for a change.

"Hey, um, I'm gonna go buy me a drink. You wanna come?"

[Vaetric]

Finally, her breath regulated. She blushed. She sounded must've sounded like a hamster getting stepped on, though it did end rather abruptly. She never sounded like that before, or was it from someone else? She couldn't tell. Finally she opened her eyes when someone approached her, lying down on the bench. ...She should've sat, instead. Her head snapped up to the stranger, eyeing him up and down.

"Huh? Who're you?" she asks, before going to a sitting position, using her right hand for shade. She then remembered: he asked her something, drinks? Well, she was kind of thirsty. She accepted his hand, attempting to get up with his aid , smiling. "Thank you, you're too kind." Hm.. Maybe she should've waited for his name before accepting, but oh well. Free drinks.

"Thank you, you're too kind"

Hearing the comment which the woman gave him made Takao blush slightly. Itching the back of his head, he began to laugh out quite loud, wearing a silly expression on his face as he done so.

"Hahah! No need, no need. You know what they say, two heads are better then four.. or was it one? Hahaha!" he said out loud, forgetting that the woman was right next to him.

Clearing his throat, the two made their way down for a place to drink. The perfect place was The Tavern. Smirking as he noticed the sign, he pushed open the double doors. Walking in with style as if he owned the place. He placed down the awfully light bag onto the counter.

"Every Beer you own good sir." Takao said, smiling.

The bar keep was very surprised to hear this, did this man really have such a large sum of money? Opening the bag, he frowned.

"Is this some kind of joke? There's not a single piece'o cash in the bag."

Takao was puzzled, he was sure there was some cash. He just saw it a few minutes ago, lifting the bag upside down he hoped some money would fall out but nothing came out. Looking inside the bar, he noticed a hole. The money fell out.

"Noooo!" he yelled out, clenching his head.

"Listen kid, how bout I just get you a glass of water?"

Takao nodded slowly, before digging his face into his blue bag. Failure.

[Filler, all thinking.]

For a moment, Mishi raised an eyebrow before remembering her manners at the mans’ ranting. This person… May be a little eccentric. She let out an inward sigh, she already accepted his offer, and she DID need the drink, hopefully he’s a little more modest than he looks or seems. She didn’t really want to attract too much attention to herself, after all… She DID have a bounty of one million on her head. Her father must have quite a few strings to pull to have that amount on her, or he bribed some official, or perhaps it was something else? The bank she robbed, it doesn’t take much to find out what a person looks like, especially someone like her. But the wanted posters had her features from last year, so… Yes, must’ve been her father. She didn’t really look at much other than the bounty and her picture, but then again she was running from a mob at the time.

[Filler ends.]

“[color]Uhm… Right. Lead on, then.[/color]” She made a special note to walk a few steps away from him. As they were walking along, she noticed a nice, shiny beli on the floor, picking it up; she catched up with the man. As spike-hair opened the double doors and pranced in, she simply opened one of the doors as it came back, attempting to hit her in the face, to which her hand replied with a push. She looked around, nothing too suspicious around. No marines or anything, should be safe. In fact, she didn’t even get the chance to see if there were a marine or bounty hunter presence yet. She’ll learn after she’s done here.

She blinked as she heard a “Noooo!” from beside her as she moved to sit down. She paused, before slowly getting onto the seat. “What’s wrong?” She asked, before noticing the rather shrivelled looking bag. She bit her lip, idly fidgeting with the coin she picked up. What an unlucky fellow, or did he do it on purpose? Nah. “Just a glass of water for me too, please.” She said. Oh well, she heard it was unhealthy to drink too much alcohol after running about anyway. Water should do. “So… Out of cash?” she asked, turning slightly to him, flipping the coin.

"So... out of cash?"

Takao listened to the woman, hearing the world cash made him remember all that money stuffed in his bag. Hard earned cash.... gone. He opened his mouth to speak.

"Yeshp, et waez al harrd earnde.." he said, forgetting his face was still dug inside the bag.

Takao removed his head from inside the bag, he was just in time to receive his drink. Picking up the glass filled with water, he lifted it up to his lips, chugging the cool liquid down his throat. The bartender also made sure to get the woman's drink too. Takao decided it was about time to introduce himself, after all, introducing himself was supposed to be the first thing he did once he met the woman.

"Hey, the name's Takao Sing. Musician. Owner of a former... big sum of money...." he mumbled, obviously still upset.

Now, where was that money now? Couldn't have gotten far, right?

(OOC: I have an interesting twist I wanna pull, please don't lend him money )

He seemed to have forgotten that he had his face in the bag. She could hardly even decipher him! She caught “hard earned” to which she guess it he would be referring to the money. She turned back to the bar in order to gain her own drink, taking a few sips. She then thought of something, he seemed to have lost his money while it was in the bag. She looked at the beli. He must’ve had a hole in the bag, which might’ve been why the coin was on the floor.

“If it fell on the ground.. Then it might still be there. You can backtrack and pick it up? she said, taking yet another sip of her water. Of course, she wasn’t going to lend him money. She wasn’t heartless, but he probably didn’t have anything good to give her in return. Unless he stole something good, no money would come from her. She would help him re-find the small fortune, though.

[FroYo]

“If it fell on the ground.. Then it might still be there. You can backtrack and pick it up?"

Hearing her words, Takao's eyes suddenly widened. His posture changed too. Jumping out from his seat, he quickly made his way to the door, a smile on his face. There was hope that his money was still out there, why didn't he even think of tracing his steps in the first place!

"Oi, c'mon let's go!" he called out to the woman, as he pushed open the double doors of the bar.

He bumped into a man as soon as he was out, this caused him to stumble backwards a little.

"Oi, sor-"

"Magnifique!~"

"Eh?"

Takao looked up at the man in front of him ,trying to make sense on what the man had just said. The man wore a brown suit, a white dress shirt with a black tie, he had quite a small chin with a strangely round head, neatly combed black hair sat on top of his big round head, his eyes were small. Takao's his train of thought was soon interrupted by a certain question:

"Would you two like to be in a play, madam, monsieur?"

[Vaetric]

She sighed and stood up, guess she'd better go on her way to find any potential clients. She walked off when he ran, toward the entrance, before he ran into some kind of... Weird speaking person. She flinched as he spoke to her, talking about some kind of play. Plays attract attention, why would she want to do that? If he's paying money, it's probably not as much as she could make.

So, why bother? she's a wanted person after all, if someone recognises her, not only would the show be ruined, but also her cover on this island. Islands are fairly hard to get off if you're running away from a mob of bounty hunters or something. "I'd... Rather not. she says, crossing her arms a little.

[FroYo]

"I'd... Rather not."

Judging from the man's expression, he was clearly surprised. This was the first time someone had ever turned down such an offer. It looked like it was time to work his magic. Fixing his tie, he began.

"Madam, you do know I will offer you a great deal of beli. I'll give you the finest vases, paintings, sculptures, flowers. If you're not a fan of art, I'll provide with almost anything. The finest cuisine from all around the world will be set on your table. Please, madam, if you're shy, you can wear a costume?"

Takao's jaw dropped in amazement, he was being offered quite a lot. Things which are fit for a king! He couldn't turn this down, he'll make more money then he had made earlier. The stage was calling his name.
It was showtime.

"I accept your offer!"

Paintings, sculptured and... Flowers? No. Vases! They hitched a nice price on the market. At least, in some islands. She didn't really need nor want the straight out beli. The whole point of her profession was to sell it on to someone else. The only thing she'll be doing for other people is taking their products.

Hm.. And she guessed that they would be able to disguise her as someone else. But how well? How could she know that he hasn't seen her wanted poster? The whole thing seems a bit sketchy. Why would he just ask him and her out of the blue? She didn't even know who he was!

And yet.. She heard of some really good prices at Sunnyhide Island for vases. Hmm... Well, at least she guessed this was a legal way to make money. No need to worry about where it came from, not that she did anyway. She never really did think of herself as an actor, but maybe this was a good time to find out? No.

Yes.

"All... Right... Then." she said slowly, not really coming to a decision, but rather picking one for the heck of it. If they hopefully dressed her up well, then she shouldn't have to worry about any local or marine authorities.

[FroYo]

"All... Right... Then."

This was music to the man's ears, his face shone with happiness and delight as he listened to the woman's kind words. Clicking his fingers, a short, round, chubby man ran to the scene. Although the man ran a short distance, he looked like he had just ran a marathon.

"I am Patrick. Ace director. I've directed many plays before and believe me, I know stars when I see them."

Takao's face transformed tomato red at the man's words, he was indeed flattered. This was actually the second time someone had ever praised him in his life.

"Haha, you're too kind."

Patrick looked down at the man next to him and ordered him to lead Takao and his new friend to the studio.

"My friend Jiggles here will show you to the studio, a meal fit for a king is waiting for you two. After all, you cannot act with an empty stomach, no? There is also one more person at the studio, a fellow actor. He'll accompany you two on stage."

Takao was getting free food and money. This was the luckiest day of his life! Smiling, he happily followed the small chubby man.

Mishi guessed she WAS a little hungry. Though, if she ate too much she might get fat. Or bloated. Acting might be hard with a full stomach. And does he do this with all of his actors? Shouldn't this be for like.. What's it called, "after party"? She might as well voice out her concerns. "Hey, uhm.. Are you sure about this? We've only just... Met. She said, walking cautiously along.

She looked to the left, then to the right. But.. Acting. She already had butterflys. Not because she was giddy or anything, but with dread. What if someone noticed her and called her out? What if the food is bad and she gains food poisoning? What if they leave them at a restaurant and force them to pay?!

She had a great deal of 'what ifs'.

"Hey, uhm.. Are you sure about this? We've only just... Met."

Takao listened to Mishi as she spoke, she seemed confused and curious about the whole play concept. Shoving his gloved hands into his pockets, he continued to walk along.

"True. But hey! When someone offers you free food, you simply can't deny." Takao replied to Mishi.

After a couple of minutes of walking and talking, the group finally arrived to the studio. It was a large building with a huge double doors. The big bold sign on the window clearly read:

STUDIO

Creative. Takao quickly pushed open the double doors of the big blue building and was quite surprised by the inside. A huge, long table packed with food sat, hot and ready. Fish,Chicken,Pig,Salad,Cola,Water and much more were laid out. Already seated, were a group of exhausted cooks. They had been working all day and clearly deserved some sort of reward. Next to the group, there was a familiar face. It was the man from earlier! The man Takao had punched square in the nose, he was surprised to see Takao just as much as Takao was surprised to see him.

"OH, IT'S YOU!" They both yelled, pointing at each other.

"Oh, I see you've already met?"

Takao took a seat far away from the man, he kept an eye on the man. In case he pulled anything shady.

[Vaetric]

She looked around as the double-doors opened, searching for anything that might be expensive. Tipping off burglars was also a nice way to make money, though not directly of course. She noticed the food, and felt her stomach begin to grumble, she feigned a cough as it did so to mask the sound.

She got startled a little as the person whom accompanied her yelled, and another one yelled back. That's... Not a good sign. Would a fight erupt? ...Apparently not, as Takao simply sat down. She did the same, looking around the table, and around the room, placing her hands on her lap. "Thank you." She said, bowing her head a little to whoever looked the most important at the table.

[FroYo]

Takao gripped the strap holding up his guitar, pondering on whether he should take it off or keep it on. However after a few seconds of arguing between himself, he decided to keep it close to him, where it is safe. Now, for the food.~ Takao grinned and rubbed his hand together, drooling as he done so. He took in the scent which the food gave off, this widened his smile. Reaching for the chicken leg, he only met another's hand. Tracing down the arm, he noticed it belonged to the man earlier. Takao, with his free hand, ran his index finger along his throat, signaling that the man was dead meat if he took his... well... dead meat. Takao managed to intimidate the man, for now, for it looked like the man was plotting something. Ripping the leg from it's body, he devoured it and spat out the bone. He quickly went for another.

"Oh, it seems you have quite the appetite, no? That's good! Eat as much as you want." Patrick said with a smirk.

He then got out his wallet which was full of money and counted the notes. He planned on paying the actors a great deal of money...

Seemingly settled, Mishi would take up her knife,, cutting delicate pieces of the meat and pouring herself some water. After that, she would slice a bit of fish and put it neatly on her plate, then move onto the vegetables. Overall, there's a lot of variety, though there isn't actually all that much food. She places her hands once more on her lap and sort of sit-bows. "Thank you for the meal." She says politely, before cutting an even smaller bit of the fish and placing it into her mouth.

Just because she was hungry doesn't mean she can't be polite. Though.. There was something about the man whom offered them food, about that smirk, though... She once had a friend whom didn't like to properly smile, so he tried to suppress it whenever it happened, resulting in a smirk. So she dismissed it.

She blinked as he started to count down money, stopping for a brief moment, before placing the food in her mouth, and then chewing on a piece of boiled carrot.

Patrick's smirk grew even larger as he saw that both "actors" were eating the food. Walking up to the chef, he gave them a great deal of money. He was probably paying for the food... wasn't he? Meanwhile, Takao had just ate a whole chicken. He patted his full belly as he let out a small burp.

"Sorry bout that, Great Food by the way."

Suddenly, his vision began to blur. His five senses grew weaker until eventually everything turned pitch black. He was out cold. Now he only waited for the woman, that fish was indeed fishy.. so was the carrot. In fact, everything on the table had been tampered with.

"Night-y, night. Mishi Hasimoh." Patrick said, holding out Mishi's very own bounty poster.

Mishi felt something wrong as she was about to take a nibble upon a piece of pork, as it felt like she'd been hit in the brain with some kind of strong alcoholic drink. Then she felt it again, she dropped her knife and fork, looking towards Takao with alarm, he seemed to have slumped over. "What have you..." Her eyes widened as she saw her own wanted poster.

She sprang up, practically kicking the chair out of the way as she tried to run toward the exit, though about halfway there she trips and falls, her vision turning darker and darker. "DAmn...It..." she mumbles before her eyes shut, with her sprawled upon the ground.

[FroYo]

"Jajajajaja!"

Patrick laughed and laughed, dropping the poster. He dug his face into his hands, the laugh slowly faded and became just a chuckle until he was finally done. Clicking his fingers, the man who had gotten punched by Takao got up from his seat. After all, the man hadn't had a bite to eat thanks to Takao. The man picked up a bag and shoved Takao's body into it. Closing the bag, he threw it over his shoulders. There were a few holes on the bottom for air to pass through. Jiggles the small man did the same with Mishi. Although he was short, his strength should not be underestimated.

"Take them to the place. I'll be there in a sec." Patrick's voice was different, there was no accent, no laughs, nothing. It sounded much younger and clearer.

The two dashed off, it was night so they used the darkness to their advantage. Meanwhile, Patrick removed the mask he was wearing, his combed green hair glowed slightly and his light blue eyes twinkled. He had light skin and wore a white button shirt with a black tie. He wore jeans and black shoes.

Throwing the mask away, he fixed his collar and tie. He looked into a mirror hung up on the wall and fixed his hair.

"Mirror, Mirror on the wall. Who's the most smartest of them all? Me... no?... Jajajaja!"

Once he was done, he left the room and casually walked to the "place".

Takao and Mishi

They were now locked up, tied back to back in a dark cell. Takao's guitar had been removed. He has just awaken.

"Wha..? Eh..? Wh-where the hell am I?" he mumbled to himself, trying to make sense of what had juts happened.

[Vaetric]

Mishi's head felt all fuzzy or something. She wasn't quite conscious at the moment. She felt uncomfortable, so she tried to move to a different position. She failed. She tried to turn left, she failed. She tried to turn right, she failed. She tried to get off the bed, there was no bed to get off of. She seemed to be feeling like she was sitting.

Her eyes slowly started to open. Where was she? Blinking, she looked around. She was in a room? She sat upright, looking around franticly. No, she was in a cell! "W-what?! Let me out!" she shouted, banging her hands upon the chains, or ropes. This can't be happening.. She just set foot on the island and already she got captured or arrested?! She looked at her person, shuffling around, attempting to feel her body, to see if the money she stashed around herself was still there.

"Nonononono..."

[FroYo]

"You looking for this..?.. Mishi-chwan."

Patrick stood there outside the cell, the lights were turned on and he was waving around the notes of beli. Shoving it into his pocket, he chuckled as he looked at the two.

"Don't worry, I haven't turned you in to the marines or anything, Mishi. You two are just slaves, your new owner would be arriving soon an-"

"Shut the f!ck up."

Takao looked over at Patrick, his eyes reflected his rage. His precious guitar was gone, most likely taken by the bastard who stood on the other side of the bars.

"Oooo~. Dem eyes. You hate me, don't you? Takao-chan. What is it? Have I taken your doll?"

Takao began to struggle, trying his best to break free from the rope. The two needed to find a way out if they didn't want to end up in a dog house, working all day.

" I swear, when I get out, you're dea-"
"Dead meat? Pfft. I'll like to see you try and break free."

With that, Patrick blew a kiss to the two and strolled off. Humming, a light melody. His steps could be heard as he climbed up the stairway.
So, what now? Takao's gloves were still on and he was already trying to cut the ropes. However, would he be done in time?

[Vaetric]

She looked at him sullenly, even shadows are cast upon her eyes. He searched her, found her flintlock, though she didn't really make it much of a secret. That cost money. The ammo also cost money. They violated her personal bubble.

They took her money. It was all that person, Takao's fault. If she hadn't have gone with him, she wouldn't have been in this mess. And now they've taken her money, or at least, anything they could find. Maybe they didn't catch the beli in her shoes? But still, she made loses in the thousands and thousands. She had quite a bit of cash on her, and seeing it all go?

No.

She won't allow it.

A vein began to throb as she bit her lip, tensing her muscles, then relaxing them. Then tensing them again. She heard once that this causes the rope to loosen a bit. Or at least, comparatively. "I'm not standing for this." She growled, as she started to try to stand up, struggling against the ropes, kicking at the wall, trying all within her power to at least make the ropes lax. ALl the while, she would look around the cell in an attempt to find something that could aid her. She can make it without the help of the... Musician.

[FroYo]

"Oi, Oi! Relax!"

Takao tried to get Mishi to calm down, she was going crazy. As if Patrick killed her family. Trying his best to try and cut the ropes off without hitting Mishi, he bit his lip. He wondered where his guitar had gone, was it safe? It better be or that Patrick guy was dead meat. With all the struggling, the two fell onto the ground and the rope snapped. It had hit a broken piece of glass on the floor. Standing up, Takaos stretched, he had been in that position for quite some time. Now, they needed to do something about the door... however Takao had a feeling Mishi had already severed the bond or the forming bond between them. Great. His guitar was gone and he's lost a friend.
