Mishi gulped as she realised the person shooting into the air was AHEAD of them, and there was a bunch of massive insects as well, he appeared to be bandaged quite a bit, so either he was out of luck when it came to fashion sense or he was half dead already.

She nodded quickly a few times, "Yes." she replied, hiding behind Kapa's body, trying to make herself as little as a target as possible, hugging her loot, she didn't want it to get damaged. If it got damaged, she'd get less money for it... Or worse yet, he wouldn't pay for it at ALL.

She considered running behind a building or a tree... But trees can't fight back unless you're extremely unlucky, so she decided to use the flesh wall instead.

[Vigil]

Vigil quickly changed his body to that of a green aura. You could see it but only just barely. Apparently this man had been either a member of the crew or someone deeply in love with it. Going for the first of the two choices, Vigil quickly changed his approach to finding Cortez seeing how his first one was doing no good. The man literally blew up in Vigil's face. Vigil was quite annoyed he had called him shit. If he was that serious he should probably wait before doing anything serious that could guarantee his life was gone. Vigil raised his hands in a surrender and spoke quickly and effectively.

"Sorry Sorry sorry! I didn't mean to piss you off so badly but if I would have casually asked to join the crew you either would have laughed at me or just completely ignore it and not reveal yourself!"

Vigil pretended to to look somewhat scared and flinched a bit just to try to seal the deal. If it didn't work it looked like he was going to be in a rumble.

Vigil

Surprised to see the little freak still standing before him the man stopped a little stunned and stepped back.

"Y-y-you, you shouldn't be here!" he stammered. Hearing what the man had to say though he just couldn't comprehend the man. He was now apologizing?!

"What the hell is wrong with you boy?" the man asked as he raised an eyebrow. "If you want to join the crew then great! But what sort of man calls a man they want to join an idiot?!" Crossing his arms and turning away the large man felt torn. This kid was clearly strong enough to be part of the crew and if he wanted to join he'd have him aboard in a heart beat, but he couldn't look past the name calling of his beloved captain.

Mishi

Seeing the two large ants Kapa looked up to Cortez on the roof and gestured towards Mishi behind him with his head. Gesturing that they'd be coming inside Kapa started walking again and gestured towards Mishi that she follow.

"C'mon, Cortez says its ok for you to come in, he'll let us past." Walking towards the front doors the two 12 foot ants simply stepped over him & Mishi as they were not their targets.

Opening the door for Mishi, Kapa locked the door behind them both with thick logs before head started to lead the way to the roof so she could speak with Cortez.

Tullus

Watching the man Cortez wondered what he would do.

The two large ants however allowed two people to pass by and enter the hideout. Circling the man in bandages the ant in front of Tullus reached for him with its pincers and snapped them shut quickly in an attempt to slice him in two.

The second one behind Tullus reared up on to its back legs before slamming its front legs into the ground sending shock waves through the ground in an attempt to unbalance Tullus.

[Serious?]

What a goddamn deep grave Tullus threw himself into. Surrounded by two giant ants on all sides with bullets that are slightly weaker than a regular 9x19 Parabellum round. Sadly, none of the bullets hit any of the legs, so that was a real big problem. Another big problem would be that if he didn't quickly get out of this soon, he'd be killed before he even get to shoot anything. He had to think quickly, but what could he do? This giant ant was about to cut him in half, and this other ant, he didn't know what the hell it was going to do. The ant was about to snap its pincers, but Tullus reacted fast enough to drop to the ground low enough to avoid the ant's mandibles!

However, the other ant that the bandaged stranger quickly forgot to include in the equation started to slam the ground and create waves of force that could throw anyone off their feet once it hits. Lucky for Tullus, he was close enough to the ground to power through it and get out of the range of the two ants yet again. The ground still felt a little shaky, but that might've just been the shock waves affecting his legs. All he needed to do was find a weak point on the outside of the ants, but where? Maybe the eyes, but aren't those armored like the chitin it has? He didn't know, didn't spend too much time, or any time at all, in school to find out whether or not giant ants are bullet resistant. Eh, fuck it, he'll shoot anyways. Two shots, one bullet to one ant, one bullet to the other. Target, the eye.

Big Iron on his hip...

[Anarchy]

After several minutes of wandering, the Gizumo pirates reached Vigil and the other Cortez pirate. Gizumo stood several feet in front of the entire crew. After they were about 10 meters away from the man, Gizumo began cocking his pistol. He then aimed it at the explosive man's head.

"Hey Cortez, this is my island now!" Gizumo said aiming for the man. Gizumo thought it was really Cortez standing in front of him. Could he even take one of Cortez's henchmen? More than likely the man was caught off guard, this was probably the best chance Gizumo was going to get. If he missed or somehow the man avoided it, he would probably be screwed.

[Vaetric]

Mishi didn’t like the look of the two ants, were they native to the island? Noenopenopenopenopenope. “Yes.” She said, she wasn’t sure whether the bandaged person was on their side or not in attacking the giant insects, they gave her the creeps asx well. She walked behind Kapa, holding her treasure tight. She opened her eyes for moment then they widened, she let out a squeal as she saw the ants coming their way, terror paralysed her ability to run away.

They passed over her.

She gulped, they were used by the pirates? She sighed with relief, dabbing her forehead with a hankerchief before she noticed there were tears as well, probably due to her fright. Actually, there was something in her eye, yup. “I… I’ve n-never seen ants t-that big.” She said, moving a little faster and hoping Kapa did the same as she entered the establishmen, giving one last look toward the person firing the guns at the massive ants.

[Vigil]

Vigil heard a gunshot and immediately dove back, clinging to the wall of the house. It seemed as though everyone around these parts were trigger happy. Vigil turned towards the assailant. Wide eyed and a stupid look on his face to match.

"WHAT THE HELL?! WE COULD DIE WITH YOU WAVING THAT AROUND!!!"

Vigil looked at what he had exactly shot at and dropped dead in his tracks when he had saw it. His one ticket to getting towards Cortez. Now either dead or pissed to the maximum. Vigil was seething, he had just been shot at and his new "buddy" was probably dead. He as livid and that only fueled him.

"He better not be dead, or I'm tearing you scum a new asshole."

Vigil started to change the pH of his acid, creating a sizzling sound much like that of a warning with a rattlesnake.

[Docile]

Vigil & Monarch

Arriving at the scene with a pistol held high and a crew ready to bring him to his knees Dash heard the gunshot and seconds later his face turned a fuming red when the bullet took the top of his ear with it. Feeling the heat rush past him and his ear fall apart he turned his head to see the fools who dared mistake him for Cortez and take their rage out on him.

"Cortez? You mean to believe that I am Cortez?!" he questioned angrily. Dash knew he didn't have Captain Cortez's astonishingly good looks nor his manly beard and simply could not comprehend how such a mistake could be made. Had these men not seen the image of his beloved Captain with beard and insects doing his biding. Had their not heard of his exploits?

Dash's rage grew and grew within his body to a point where Vigil's words didn't mean anything anymore and he barely noticed him. Throwing himself towards the crew Dash used a technique he'd learnt from Cortez himself which allowed incredible speed.

Poltergeist Rush

Vanishing from sight Dash begun to act like a strobe light. appearing for a second before vanishing again. Each time he appeared however his fist's seemed bigger. He finally appeared before Captain Gizumo with enlarged fists and in that second of appearance his fists were the size of a baby elephant.

Boxer Bomb

Tearing open his fists exploded in a terrific explosion which reached out in a radius of 15 feet denting the buildings on either side of the street windows were shattered along with walls which crumbled. As for Dash his body reformed standing there he waited for the next person to make a move and kill them too.

"Long live Cortez!" he muttered to himself.


Mishi

Heading up the stairs Kapa turned back to see Mishi, when he found her still agonizing over the ants Kapa called out to her.

"You comin'? Don't worry about the ants, they're controlled by Cortez, he'll make sure your not harmed by them."

Continuing the journey up the stairs of which it was a long one Kapa took a nice relaxed approach to it, he was in no rush and with the humidity if the island, he didn't want to form sweat patches on his shirt. Once he did reach the top however he could see how relaxed Cortez was sipping on his coconut drink watching the fight between Tullus & the two ants unfold. Turning to see Kapa Cortez raised an eyebrow.

"No funds from the harbor?"

"I beat up the old guy, clamped the ships then left the bag with the old guy and made sure to take his key. So if anyone ants to leave he'll need to call me after collecting the money."

"And if he don't collect it?"

"Then I'll collect it, I'm the one with the key." Nodding Cortez took another sip from his drink.

Patting Kapa on the arm he was proud of his dimwit for carrying out the job with such proficiency for a change.

"Oh and I brought someone with me too."

At this point the entire crew turned their head to look at Kapa then saw Mishi and how there was such a height beteen them.

"Whose this Kapa? Your new squeeze?" Cortez asked before bursting into laughter along with the rest of his crew. They knew Kapa's experience with women and often had fun joining around with it. As for Kapa he simply begun to blush and looked at the floor.

Tullus

Wondering where about Tullus had escaped to the ant, started to look led then right whilst the other spotted Tullus beneath the first. As he moved around this confusion was quickly removed. Stepping back both ants could see him and turned to face him. Two bullets were fired one towards each ant. One of the bullets hit its mark blinding the ant on the right. Taking the shot the ant threw its front into the air in agony, clearly in pain it waved its arms around along with its head in what seemed to be disbelief.

As for the other bullet it simply cut through one of its antennas causing a large piece of ant to drop to the floor before Tullus. Shaking his head in pain the ant lunged towards Tullus in pain opening its mandibles in another attempt to cut him in half. As the other ant reached the ground this time he dig into the ground in an attempt to retreat with such a serious wound. The ground shook a little from the sheer strength behind the ant.

With the ant digging its mandibles into the ground it begun to rip out pieces of the ground and throw it into the air in Tullus's direction with the hopes of crushing him. Each chunk thrown out begun to fall to pieces. With occasional large rocks which would crash down shaking the earth whilst the ant attempted to escape into tunnels that were to be created.

[Serious?]

Well, that worked, for the most part. One of the bullets hit the ant dead in the eye, causing it to flail in pain. That was good, cause now that was one less pain in the ass to deal with instead of two. All Tullus needed to do now was to deal with the other ant and make his way carefully into the lair of Cortez. As for the other ant, it just slightly injured it by crippling one of its antennae. All he had to do was to get away and reload to make sure the ants will stay blind. The less injured ant quickly lunged at the stranger again with hopes to cut him in half again, but this time, Tullus knew the strat-tag to dodge it! Doing what he did before, he dropped into the prone position to dodge the mandibles then quickly got out of there to not get anymore face-to-face time with the giant ant.

However, when Tullus was making a tactical retreat, the more injured ant decided he was going to get the hell out of there and dig a tunnel, tossing dirt and Earth everywhere in sight. The stranger did his best to avoid the dirt, but still got hit by some small clumps that didn't hurt too much. Now that he was a safer distance away from the ant, it was time to reload. He quickly opened one of his vest pouches and grabbed six bullets, all while popping out the revolver chamber and tipping out the spent cases. Tullus managed to get four bullets in before a large rock violently shook the ground he stood on, causing him to drop his remaining bullets. Quietly griping to himself, the stranger there among them shot the chamber back in and aimed for another few shots at the ant that wasn't fatally wounded yet. Target: The eyes. Four shots, four chances of striking.

[Anarchy]

Gizumo had been sent flying, he was unconscious, and near death. Meanwhile, over ten men of the crew had been sent flying as well. The ten men were like dominoes toppling the whole crew, except the few agile. Gizumo was standing ahead of everybody, so the ones behind him were only dazed. Only a few would be classified as injured.

Meanwhile Bonnet had hopped away. He smiled. This was going to be his first challenging opponent. He knew this would be fun. He needed to beat him. Bonnet knew if he couldn't, he would not be able to stand up to Cortez.

Rampaging Ram
Diamond is crusted over Bonnet's shoulder, reaching part of his chest, back, and bicep. He then began to sprint at Dash. Once he was near he would attempt to slam into him.

Bonnet had seen some of this man's abilities and he knew he had an explosive power. He hoped the explosion would go to his shoulder, if he did explode. Diamond was the hardest substance next to Seastone. Several meters away, Bonnet dashed and when he would arrive the diamond would be covered. Bonnet was the only person he could could see, outside if the herd. If Dash was caught off guard, this attack could possibly work.

[Vaetric]

Mishi nodded, and quickly ran into the door, following him. Kap and the one she guessed was Cortez exchanged words, before attention came to her. They joked about… Something she didn’t quite get, but she guessed it was mildly sexual or something, to which obviously, she ignored. Cortez was… Tall, or so he seemed, probably a foot tall, or a couple. And he had the ability to command ants? Was it some kind of devil fruit or was eh just a very good… Insect tamer? Obviously she didn’t want to offend him. “Uhm… Hello! My name is Fortuna Adversa, and… Would you care to sample my wares?” She thought for a moment, before realising what she said would probably sound a bit… Dirty to them.

“Eh… I have this set of golden chesspieces, this plate which was made sometime twenty years ago, I recognised it as the Koltor series, very nice to… Eat things on. And also, the pistol of Valton John, does any of this interest you?” She asked, somewhat a bit hopeful for the pistol to catch his eye. “And I’m willing to buy as well.” She added.

[Guest]

Gin was sleeping on his small boat, he woke up after having a good sleep, and realized that the boat stopped at his destination, he stepped out from the boat, he was in San Guordo, a ruined town. Gin stretched his body, he yawned. It was really tiring, this is his first step, he's going to make a name for himself. He walked around the town, searching for for some fun, an extraordinary fun. Well,, What i'm going to do here? Shouted Gin.

Gin's hair was a bit messy, he searched for a tap, and found it. He washed his face, and fixed his hair, before he continue searching for the adventure, this ruined town has a lot of adventures here, especially the Local Pirates called Public Enemy Number One.

[Vigil]

Vigil watched as the loyal crew member to Cortez wrecked the opposing crew. It was a sight to see really, however that speed that the pirate had was a little unnerving. Not even Vigil had those capabilities yet. He would prove to be a pain if not dealt with soon. Vigil would wait and watch until an opportunity provided itself.

As explosions rang out Vigil braced himself. A man popped out from the opposing crew and tried to ram the Cortez pirate with immense strength and....diamond? Wow, such a weird world Vigil lived in. He would wait to see what would happen.

Vigil & Bonnet

Watching the crew and their now wounded Captain Dash noticed another member charging towards him with a diamond coated arm, grinning he prepared himself re positioning his feet so he could handle the impact from the fool.

With his arms down at his sides he felt the man slam into his chest with his brute strength. Wrapping his arms around the man and clamping his fingers together behind the man's back he started tip over using his weight to pull the man over.

All the while he used a technique to remove the idiot's arm.

Bear Hug Bomb

This technique would cause the diamond to expand at a rapid rate and explode within seconds. Smacking his back into the ground Dash gripped the man tighter against his round belly.


Mishi

Hearing what Mishi had to say Cortez watched her as she spoke about the items she had. Nodding Cortez sat forward.

"Fotuna or whatever your name is, because I don't for one second believe your stupid enough to tell me your real name. I'll take all of them, I'm pretty sure I can get a good price for them somewhere, but more to the point, you seem to be someone who likes getting hold of things, selling & even trading them. How would you like to be cut in on a deal with me which would be very lucrative in the long run?"

Raising an eyebrow Kapa looked at Cortez curiously whilst another Cortez crew member who was small in stature dressed in a simple t-shirt & shorts hanging his legs over the edge of the roof whistled stopped at the mention of this. Looking towards Cortez his face seemed to say, you can't be serious

"Here's 5,000 beli for those things." Cortez said as he whipped out a wad of beli from his shorts and tossed it on the floor towards Mishi. Money was clearly no object for this man.


Tullus

The half blind ant had dug under ground and only continued to dig further, no out of sight a few slight vibrations could be felt for a few seconds more. Coming to a halt the vibrations which shook the earth stopped and something was up. Cortez had parted his hands as the ant vanished which could mean only one thing.

The larger ant charged towards Cortez with its head down as the bullets flew. One bullet struck the ant in the centre of the head, the second slammed into his right eye and the ant as it reached Tullus started to rear its self up before slamming its front feet down towards Tullus.

With the half blind ant lots of smaller ants begun to raise from the ground around Tullus's feet and crawl up his feet & bandages. Soon they would be at his waist, these ants just needed to find a way of bypassing the bandages then they could begin to do some real damage.

[Vaetric]

Mishi thought for a moment, she paid 560 beli for the plate, 1250 for the golden chesspieces, and 1150 for the pistol, the person she brought it from didn’t even know what he had, so she got a good deal, he was only looking at the nice metal it was made from, which was silver and gold. Funny how the pistol was a combination of the metals of the previous ones.  Anyway, that total came up to 2960, so maybe she could get a nice profit with four thousand.
 
She was surprised when Cortez offered her the deal, and even more so when he placed down the bag of beli. Five thousand? Hmm… Maybe she should push for more? Of course, she didn’t wish to show her surprise. “Oh? Your offer soundns most tempting, but this IS a pistol used by Jones himself after all, and look at its craftsmanship! And… What kind of an offer to you propose?” She asked, with the ‘and’ she realised she was probably digging herself into daaangerous territory, demanding more of a strong pirate.  And one who has a crew member who doesn’t seem to like her, judging by one of their facial expressions.

[Serious?]

Twenty one would be the stranger with the big iron on his hip...

The vibrations from the injured ant were getting more faint, which meant that it was getting deeper underground or retreating further from Tullus' position. Then the vibrations stopped entirely, which could mean that it was really far from where he was. The other ant, on the other hand was still alive and kicking despite being shot in the eye and having one of its antennae cut off. Just when the ant raised its legs to try and flatten the stranger, he threw himself backwards just in time to create another small spacing between them. Good god, he was going to have to reload more times than he would shoot just to take this damn thing down, and he didn't even think that was possible.

Tullus started to pace backwards while taking more bullets out of one of his many pouches and reloading. The spent casings fell out and made small clinking sounds on the ground while he reloaded all six chambers back into his revolver. While he was doing that, he didn't notice the many ants crawling up his bandaged legs and up his body. Once he found out, he got a pretty nasty surprise that caused him to start to panic a little. He had to find a way to get them off, but how? Water. He needed to jump into a body of water. However, the nearest body of water large enough to fully submerge him was quite a distance away, but it was all he had. And off he went, revolver in hand, dashing down the streets and towards the docks. Hopefully, the ants wouldn't have gotten to his face by then. Once he got there, he quickly yet gently placed his revolver on the ground before diving headfirst into the water, and stayed there until he finished holding his breath and the ants drowned.

[Guest]

After he washed his face, he heard an explosion, he was startled. He closed the tap, and he followed the sound of the explosions, after a few steps, he arrived at the source, some dust flew in the air. He raised his arm to cover his face from the dust, he saw some people standing there, he didn't know what's happening. Gin walked toward them.

Is something wrong here? Why there's an explosion a while ago? Gin asked them with his innocent face. He started on the people around, like they're having some big rumble here. If it's a rumble, Gin would like to join, he was searching for fun here. A rumble would satisfy Gin.

[Anarchy]

After Dash got a hold of Bonnet, he knew he had no chance. Even with his strength, he could not handle Dash's. When his shoulder started expanding, he realized this might be a fatal mistake. Placing his feet on Dash's shoulders, he attempted to kick away. He doubted he could get out of it, but maybe he could reduce the damage? No matter what he knew he was screwed. His arm was going to be gone.

"Damn it!" Bonnet screamed with his legs pushing as hard as he could. His face was tomato red, veins popping out, trying to push him off. Bonnet had never met anyone stronger than him until now. It was a shame he would never battle Cortez.

Unfortuneatly, even with all his struggling, his arm exploded. Screaming in pain Bonnet collapsed. His entire right arm was gone, because if the shoulder being removed. This was going to be fatal unless somebody gave him medical attention.

[Vigil]

Vigil watched as the Diamond man had struggled relentlessly in trying to get away from the rather strong looking Cortez Pirate. It was inevitable and he could not release the grasp. His arm had been exploded into nothing. What once was connected in that arm socket was now just a bloody mess. Such strength and power, all of which Vigil absolutely needed. However, he had no sincere intentions of joining the Cortez Pirates. How unfortunate that Vigil held such convictions, or else he would definitely join them.

Vigil stood there completely bewildered and taken by surprise. He had been sure that the Diamond man would at least put up some sort of fight. But no, the pirate was just too much for him. It made Vigil seriously re think his decision on taking on Cortez. It was highly likely he would lose. Such unfortunate events to occur, the world had absolutely wanted Vigil to bow down to its might, which would never happen. Too bad, Vigil hoped to live longer. Regardless he wouldn't lose it now, he wanted to help the fellow but that meant absolute death on the spot. He'd be branded a liar by the Cortez Pirate and be violently beaten for it.

[Docile]

Vigil, Bonnet & Gin

Getting to his feet and wiping the blood from his face Dash turned to look at Vigil then the rest of the pirates the pathetic diamond man had come along with. 

"You fancy tryin' your luck too?" Stepping forward over the crimson mess below with one arm, Dash heard a new voice question the explosion. 

Turning to face the swordsman Dash replied. 

"Something wrong? Too right there is, this little shit bag and his friends think they're strong enough to bring down Captain Cortez. Bwahahahahahaha!"

Turning his back on the crew and joining Vigil, Dash looked him in the eyes. 

"So young man, where were we? You joining Cortez wasn't it? Or was it you wanted to kill our beloved Cortez?" Dash asked as his right hand begun to slowly inflate in size and eyes took on a much angrier appearance.


Mishi

As the woman mentioned more about the pistol Cortez shrugged it off, any information this woman could tell him wasn't important to him, all that was, was getting what he wanted and more money was always a bonus. 

Sitting forward Cortez looked up at the women who sold him these items. 

"Just off shore there is a marine ship. They've been there for months just surveying the island. Waiting for the right time to attack. But the right time never rears its head. Aboard their ship, they've got hold of an artifact of mine, I want it back. Now if you can get it back I'll split the beli i get for it 70 30 with you. So what do you say?"

Cortez asked.

His crew mate who sat with feet over the edge returned his gaze to the gunman & ants. Watching him run off he grinned.


Tullus

Quickly attempting to burrow under the bandages the ants were unfortunately washed away into the water and lost their lives. As for the other ant which was much larger it simply pulled itself into pieces. 

Separating into various ants, the ants quickly returned to Cortez's body atop the tower. A small black trail leading from the walls crawled towards Cortez. Opening a hole up in his arm the ants crawled in. Smiling as the ants crawled in Cortez continued waiting for a reply from Mishi. 

Closing up the hole on his firearm Cortez sat back with a smile on his face.

[Serious?]

Just his fucking luck. Tullus was now soaked from head to toe and he had to change his bandages or else they'll stick to his flesh when they dry off. However, he got the ants off of his body before they could do any sort of collateral damage to him, like tear his flesh off. As he climbed onto the docks and crawled onto land beside his revolver, he turned himself over and looked at the blue sky and pure white clouds slowly roll by. Then he realized what the hell he was doing, grabbed his revolver and looked around for his ship. It had only enough people to barely man the ship, and the captain of the boat that was sent to be his superior for the mission wasn't too keen on sending out a single man to even look around. It was, however, well guarded and anybody wanting to attack it wasn't going to break through easily.

Tullus found the ship he was supposed to be on and quickly headed to his room to quickly dry himself off and change his soggy bandages for fresh, clean and dry ones. Felt exactly like how he did it this morning: Burning sensation, burning sensation, and pain. Plenty of pain. No matter, it was still a daily chore to do for cleanliness. Roughly an hour later, the stranger walked out fresh like a breath mint, ready to investigate the hideout of Cortez. Hopefully, nobody saw him walking in and out of the ship. Minutes later, Tullus got back to where he was before he made a mad dash for water. The earth scattered everywhere, a big hole over there and an antenna on the ground, along with a bit of whatever ants bleed out on the ground. New plan, attempt to infiltrate the hideout and put a bullet through Public Enemy #1's head. Sounded easy enough. And so Tullus just casually walked through the park until he found something that looked like an entrance to a hideout and cautiously approached it, but still looking rather casual.

[Anarchy]

Bonnet was on the floor rolling around and bleeding. He couldn't do much, this type if injury was a massive leap from any he had encountered.

Meanwhile the Gizumo pirates were going to take action. One of the normal, weak pirates stood up.

"We ain't afraid of you cuz' we got guns!" he shouted as he shot at Dash. Several others shot too, there were only 10/20 standing. The rest do the crew were at the ship, including their other strong member, the swords woman Aki. The men shot everything until they had to reload. What was Dash going to do? If he had some way to avoid all the bullets, then they would be screwed again, but this time no one would stand up if they failed.

[Vigil]

As the Cortez man got in his face, Vigil had to think quickly. The interesting Diamond Man was dying and the fight was being dragged out far too long to keep him alive. Vigil listened to the pirate's question and gradually grew angry at his overall situation. It was so unfortunate for him. Why couldn't anything go his way. As soon as the thought ended the annoying pirates bent on fighting the Cortez Pirate re loaded and aimed. Vigil burst into anger and sent a blob of acid from his chest area into the direction of the now shot out bullets. Vigil commanded it to rise and rise it did. The bullets were caught and were beginning to break up chemically.

"Enough! Yes, I'm willing to join the Cortez Pirates. But I have one condition, give medical aid to my comrades you decided to explode, and escort my other comrade, the swordsman. This was a test to see if you could handle us. You have passed, but it seems my friends and I took it too far. Once again I'm sorry for your inconvenience."

Vigil looked at the battlefield and awaited the response. Such a tragedy to be in this situation. Vigil produced more acid in his chest area to restore his look. Just in case the fight didn't end, Vigil produced more acid in his Palm that was turned away from Dash.

Gin found out that he was in a big battle, and he knew who was the enemy, Gin entered the battleground, Gin stood in a place, and shouted, I'm looking for Cortez Pirates, and I'm going to kill Cortez. Gin tried to tell the people around, what side he chose in this battle. A furious man stood for Cortez, It's quite dangerous for Gin to charge them first, so, he decided to defend.

He moved his left foot backward, Gin stood in a defensive stance. He would try to block all incoming attacks until he knew the enemy's power, whether he could attack them or not. Anyway, Gin mustn't make any bad decision, if he did, his soul would fly to the heaven.

Mishi didn’t like the sound of it. “I just sell what other people steal, I don’t.. Do that sort of thing.” Mishi said, frowning a little. But then again, she could just hire a few people to go and get it for her, though it would be expensive. “How much are we talking, here?” She asked, maybe she could disguise herself as a marine, or maybe… No, she shouldn’t be thinking about such stupid things. What if she got caught? And her hair is such a large giveaway, she didn’t want to endanger herself just for a couple of beli. She inwardly sighed, her small attempt at trying to coax more money out of Cortez failed as well, oh well. It appeared he didn’t quite catch her gist, she pocketed the beli.
 
She went back to thinking of bribing the marines or something, hopefully they would have at least a few corrupt people in their ranks.

Vigil, Bonnet & Gin

Hearing the words that came from Vigil's mouth Dash's eyes widened and the response to his question from Gin only shocked him further. Catching sight of the acid Vigil used to stop the bullets harming him, Dash didn't much care that this man had saved him from three more intended wound medals.

Letting out a loud belly laugh he looked at the swordsman, the one armed fool & the kid whose shoes were too big for his feet and turned away.

"You want to kill Cortez you've got to get past me first and the man with a diamond arm couldn't even handle me, so a scrawny swordsman like you has no chance. One armed man if your still with us, your greatest weakness is your stupidity, you don't attack an opponent till you know how they fight, otherwise you can land yourself in a sticky wicket like you did. I could've taken it further and blown off something else too, but I didn't see the point. Oh and kid." turning to face Vigil Dash looked him in the eye.

"You ain't ma boss, you can't tell me when enough is enough or ask for me to give a fool like him who attacked me first medical treatment after I just took his arm, he wanted to keep it so bad he shouldn't have been so stupid."

Spitting towards Bonnet Dash turned and started to walk away. He had enough of these pathetic misfits.


Mishi

Listening to Mishi's words of not stealing but only selling Cortez was ready to throw her out and even started to gesture it until the next words came tumbling out. Beautiful! everyone has a price. Looking at her with a cheeky grin stretched over his face, Cortez sat forward and leant towards her.

"This artifact is worth 10,000,000 Beli, its a small round golden necklace on a thick golden chain. Pure gold. On the pendant there are two small round eyes. Both a ruby red, cause they are actual rubies in the pendant and the teeth are fashioned out of pearls. All the other decorations of the face are sapphires & emeralds. SO now do I have your attention?"
