Johnny stands in at an even 6 feet tall and weighs around 170 lbs. His hair is a light turquoise that reaches down to about his collar bone on all sides, his piercing eyes are slightly darker than his hair. His face has strong well defined features starting from his sharp dark black eyebrows to the thin bridge of his nose all the way down to his strong chin. Johnny's ears and mouth are proportioned nicely to his head and when he smiles you can see a perfect set of straight white teeth. It varies on whether or not you're able to see his ears or if they're lost underneath his hair, you could go from seeing both to only seeing one to seeing neither of them within a minute or two. His skin seems a fair white but not excessively pale, to the touch however you'll find that his skin is quite tough.

Moving on to his attire Johnny wears a white loose fitting tank top and over that a dark blue zip up jacket that could be consider a shade of purple in certain lighting's. Besides the initial zipper to actually close the jacket there are zippers located at the wrists which extend halfway to the elbow, this makes it easy to pull something out if he's hiding it in his sleeve, it also makes it easier to reach the spots that itch sometimes. At the top located at the collar are two buttons to keep the jacket fastened tightly at the neck, it's extremely annoying to be grabbed there in a fight because it's loose. On the chest region of the jacket is the capitol symbol "Omega" spray painted in white, Johnny made that little addition himself as a sort of inspiration to always try and be the best. On the ring finger of his right hand and on the middle and ring finger of his left hand Johnny wears silver rings. Moving down to the waist he wears a dark gray belt, he doesn't actually need the belt but he likes the look of it. His pants are black tight-fitting jeans and his shoes are dark blue sneakers that could easily be confused for black depending on the lighting.

Personality:

Kindness

Johnny is an extremely kind and caring individual, he will offer a helping hand to anyone he believes needs it. It doesn't matter to him what a person looks like or where they're from or even what they've been through, all he really cares about is if they're a good person or not. Johnny believes strongly in treating others the way you'd want them to treat you so if someone's nice to him he'll be nice to them and he'll expect the same courtesy from them if he's nice first. Johnny enjoys meeting new people and loves making friends even more, he thinks having bonds with people makes the world go round, and the stronger those bonds the better. Johnny is also very forgiving of people who admit to their wrong doings, you shouldn't turn your back on a person without at least giving them a second chance.

Open-Minded

Johnny is also a very open-minded person, he's never liked the thought of judging a book by it's cover, to him it's important to get to a know a person before coming to any conclusions about them. Johnny isn't a fool, he knows the obvious difference between right and wrong but he also knows that everyone in this world is free to make their own decisions and do what they think is right, even if there's consequences to their actions. Every action has a reaction of course. There comes a time where Johnny must stop a person from doing whatever it is they're doing, but this is just because he's doing what he thinks is right, sometimes it comes down to the stronger conviction. He may not be a genius but he is still smart enough to stop and look at something from all perspectives in order to get the best grasp on the situation he possibly can so that he can act accordingly.

Honor

Johnny has a very strong sense of honor, his conviction to protect any friends and loved one's is incredible. Besides this he'll also stand up for anyone who can't stand up for themselves. He can't stand seeing innocent people being picked on or being taken advantage of, turning a blind eye simply is not an option. As far as Johnny is concerned nobody has the right to mistreat another living creature, it's simply not right. Johnny stands up for what he believes in and is always more than happy to fight to protect those beliefs or to protect someone or something. Johnny won't take a blind shot at someone or hit someone who can't defend themselves, it's rather pathetic to have to do that in order to win a fight. He's also not too keen on fighting with women so he'll avoid doing so if he can. Johnny would probably be the last person in the world to give up and stand down, if he ever does make a run for it it's because he absolutely must and even then it's only retreating to fight another day. A person is only as good as their word therefore promises are extremely important to Johnny, you don't say you're going to do something unless you fully intend to deliver. When he makes a promise there's absolutely nothing in the world that will stop him from keeping it.

Morbid

Johnny has some weird thoughts in his head sometimes, the kind of thoughts that would make most people stare at him with a scared look on their faces, most would probably try to put some good distance between him and themselves. It could be some creepy form of torture or a horrific death or just the idea of doing something really messed up that would get him into a lot of trouble, all kinds of things pop into his head. The scariest part would probably be the fact that he comes up with these thoughts within a matter of seconds, even some pretty detailed one's could be reasonably thought out within a matter of moments. Honestly though, most of the times the thoughts just put a stupid smile on his face or make him laugh a little and considering he keeps these thoughts to himself some people think he's lost his mind. There does come the occasional thought however that even makes Johnny question what the hell is wrong with himself.

Angry

Even though Johnny is a good person at heart he is by no means a pushover, you don't want to get on his bad side, because if you do there will be a steep price to pay. Johnny is pretty tolerant to most things though so it takes quite a bit to upset him, but like everyone he has his own pet peeves that set him off quickly. Some things that get to him are mistreating people or animals, lying to him, trying to pull cheap tricks in a fight, and betraying his trust (especially if he's given you a second chance). When Johnny does get mad he seems extremely harsh and rough when dealing with people, this is to be expected however, when a person doesn't get mad all that often when they finally do it's a wrath unlike any other. Johnny doesn't enjoy getting like this but sometimes people can push you too far and you have to make them understand that that's not okay.

Sad

When Johnny's sad it can hit pretty hard, he might seem like he's just a little down but he's silently torturing himself mentally. He's the kind of person that finds more reasons to depress himself when he starts to get sad, sometimes even to the point where he feels like crying. When he gets like this he does all he can to keep himself from crying, not so much because he thinks it's a sign of weakness but more because he knows a lot of people in the world are going through bad and probably aren't crying so he has no right to cry. Johnny doesn't enjoy making others worry so when he gets like this he'll distance himself from people until he feels better. He believes everyone is entitled to a little time to feel sad about something, the pain helps to remind people that they're alive and that they're human just like everyone else.

Humor

Johnny should win smartass of the year award every year, he's always got something clever to say to just about everyone. This makes him come off as some kind of disrespectful punk sometimes but he really does it just for a laugh. Johnny laughs at virtually everything, even things that people would consider sick or just plain messed up. He loves being the funny guy and being able to put a smile on people's faces and make them crack up laughing, he can even pull this off with people he's just met, a sort of talent he's rather proud of. When faced with adversity Johnny prefers to laugh things off than to let it get to you, sometimes it can be hard to just brush things off, but for the most part it's no big deal.

Fighting

When it comes to fighting Johnny likes combining his instinct with whatever intelligence he has. There will be times where he analyzes his opponent and the things around him in order to find weak spots or come up with the best possible plans of action. Other times however he'll charge right in and just let things take their course. Johnny isn't afraid of getting hit which has always been something that worked in his advantage, he won't take a heavy blow for no reason but this sort of lack of fear allows him to pull off all kinds of things in the middle of a fight. Johnny always gives it his all when he fights and does so as fairly as possible, he dislikes unfair fights and cheap shots.

Character History


Background

Johnny was born on a small island out in the East Blue, his family was relatively poor but that didn't mean he was doomed to a hard and miserable life, he wasn't going  fall prey to that just because he was an only child either. Ever since he was young he would run and play with the other kids from his neighborhood, they all had something that made them different but they got along just fine, they were all good kids despite the fact they liked to play all kinds of tricks and cause the occasional trouble. Johnny would always enjoy meeting new people, especially if he got to make new friends with them, it was also extremely fun to him to be able to explore around the city, it seemed like he was destined to travel the world and go on crazy adventures. Being more or less raised on the streets meant you have to be tough, and hanging out with a bunch of guys meant you had to be really tough or they'd make fun of you. Fights were always happening between Johnny and his friends, not because there was any bad blood but because it was a fun thing to do, it became a regular past time for them. Instead of just saving his determination for fighting Johnny was also a hard worker, his family didn't have too much money so he did what he could in order to help them out, no matter the job Johnny would take it on and complete it to the best of his abilities. Strangers would ask people who knew Johnny if they could describe him, they always had some difficulty though, it was difficult for someone to really believe someone could be kindhearted and hardworking but still be a tough street punk. He didn't care about labels though, he was who he was and everyone he knew loved him, the kids on the streets he'd known ever since he was a child were his family.

Getting older meant people were supposed to change, at least that was the popular belief, Johnny and his crew were still the same way they've been ever since they were kids. His sense of adventure grew though, as did his kind heart. If he wasn't busy working a job or out visiting the nearby islands he'd be offering a helping hand back home to whoever needed it, whenever he had spare time though he'd spend it fighting with his friends. Life seemed like it would stay like this forever, Johnny was happy with the life he'd been leading up to this point but he was really hoping for something more. It seemed like his prayers would be answered. One fateful day a friend of his came back from the market, with him he brought a fruit that some guy had been trying really hard to get rid of, he'd been claiming it was cursed and looked like a total nut job. Everyone stayed away until he went up and took it from the guy, the strange old man seemed more than happy that it was in somebody else's hands, without saying another word he disappeared off into the chaos of the crowds. And now here it was, sitting before Johnny and his friends. According to the old man it was supposed to be a cursed fruit, meaning it was one of those devil fruits they had heard about that granted people strange powers. It seemed too good to be true, those things were supposed to sell for more money than any of them would see in a lifetime, but it was just sitting there in front of all of them. It's true it looked strange but it didn't seem to really be anything special so they didn't know what to make of it, they didn't even know what to do with it for that matter. It was decided that Johnny would hold onto it for the time being, they'd figure out what to do with it some other time.

Johnny stowed it away somewhere in his room and things carried on the way they always had. A few weeks passed and everyone seemed to forget about the fruit, up until Johnny was digging around in his room and found the thing again. He sat in his room and wondered what to do with it, he could always sell it and split the money between him and his friends, but that seemed like such a waste. If this thing really was a devil fruit then it would give someone the power to do all kinds of awesome things, it would change a person's life forever. Taking a look in the mirror Johnny thought long and hard, he was happy where he was at, but he knew he belonged out in the world, travelling and exploring, maybe even make a name for himself somewhere. It wouldn't be fair though for him to just eat the thing, it was true it had been given to him and everyone else pretty much forgot about it, but it still didn't feel it right. That's when an idea hit him. Gathering up the crew again Johnny presented the fruit, he'd decided that it was a waste to just leave it lying around like they had so someone should eat it. The person would win it in a contest, they'd have an all out battle royal, last man standing would get to eat the fruit. After everyone decided this was the way things were going to go down they got started. After more than half a day of beating each other down Johnny was the last one on his feet, his body ached and his heart felt like it was going to explode, not to mention the fact he felt like he was going to fall over at any moment, but he was the victor. Waiting for everyone's wounds to be patched up and for the healing process to take it's course they all gathered back for Johnny's crowning moment, it was time for him to eat the fruit. Nobody knew if it was real or not, but they were about to find out. Taking a bite out of the thing Johnny chewed for a moment before swallowing, it had a strange taste to it, it was kinda nasty but at the same time he felt like he had to finish the thing. It was a bit rough going down but after a few minutes he'd eaten the whole thing, he didn't feel any different though. They waited and waited and waited some more but there was nothing, he still seemed like the same old Johnny. It was disappointing but it looked like it was a fake, everyone cheered Johnny on anyway for taking the risk and they all went home.

The next day however Johnny could tell something was off, heading out into the alleyways he started messing around and doing all kinds of stupid stunts to see if he really had any cool powers. He almost got more than he'd bargained for, his legs changed, they looked like they were huge springs, sinking down for a few moments he suddenly jumped high into the air, he could see everything for a good mile at least. He landed less than gracefully, it hurt like hell for a minute but once he got up he shook it off, taking some more time to figure out what was going on he found he could turn his arms and legs into springs, even his torso too. It was insane, really cool too, but just crazy. He needed to figure out what the heck happened to him, he set out for the library and started poking around. It took hours but he finally stumbled upon a book, it had just what he was looking for, information on the weird fruit he had eaten. It was called the Spring Fruit, apparently it would allow whoever ate it to turn parts of their body into springs, they could jump really high or launch themselves at high speeds, fire long range attacks with their limbs, and even be just generally more flexible like an actual spring. It seemed like a simple enough concept, it had a catch however, looks like Johnny wouldn't be able to swim anymore, that would be a problem if he ever traveled around the world. Leaving the library Johnny called his crew together again and showed him that his meal from yesterday had been a success. Everyone was shocked at first but then they exploded into cheers and excited whistling, it was crazy to watch but just so cool, Johnny was some kind of bad-ass freak-show. They all wanted to test how good his powers were and rushed him all at one, it caught Johnny off guard but with his new powers he managed to win despite the odds, he took some good hits which was reassuring, he enjoyed to fight not only to hit but to be hit himself, it's what made a fight fair. Johnny wanted to be strong, but invincible was not an option. They all encouraged him to head out into the world, make a name for himself and do something truly great. Johnny knocked around the idea in his head, but it wasn't time, it would be soon though.

Johnny started practicing his new-found powers, he wanted to be the best he could be, and that would require a lot of practice. Practicing in back alleys and fighting with his friends helped, but there was only so much he could do here, he knew he was going to have to move on from his home. When his 18th birthday came Johnny made the decision that he would be leaving, it was time for him to go out into the world and see it for himself, he wanted to amount to something and make his friends and family proud. They were sad to see him go but they knew he was special, that he was capable of greatness, he would do a lot of amazing things in this world and they were hear about all of it. There wasn't much a traveler could do, anyone who was anyone in this world would sail the high seas as a pirate and make a name for themselves. Seemed like Johnny was going to do the same, he'd always had a bit of a problem with authority so standing against the marines sounded like a great time. He was going to make a better world for people, he felt like everyone should be free to make their own decisions in life, it wasn't fair for the marines to just assume all pirates were evil and lock them up. Johnny knew his travelling would one day land him in the grand line, he hoped that when he got there it would be with some great friends and crew-mates. He spent the next couple of years travelling from island to island, learning about the world and meeting and befriending all kinds of new people. Johnny didn't know when he would find a crew, but he knew he'd find them someday, he was going to have his name remembered in this world if it killed him.


Abilities:

• Body Reader - Due to Johnny always travelling from place to place he's met and gotten to know all kinds of different people as such he has become well versed in being able to tell how a person is feeling and get a general idea of what they are thinking just by talking to them for a bit or watching them. This means he could tell if a person was going to attack him but he wouldn't know what form the attack would take, it is still possible though for him to be unable to tell if a person is erratic or just generally hard to read.
  
• Person Remembrance - Johnny will always be able to recall the name and appearance of a person even if he’d only met them once or seen them in a newspaper or on tv. He can even do this with fictional characters in books and stories.
  
• Strategic Warfare -  Despite the crazy and sporadic way Johnny fights there is actually a method to his madness. He's able to come up with some good plans of attack or strategies to be able to win a fight or even to make a run for it. No matter how simple his idea may seem Johnny always has a way of working with it to turn it into something extremely useful.
  
• Heart Of A Kick-boxer - While growing up, Johnny got into lot's of fights, as such he had to find a way to be able to defend himself. His punches were pretty hard so he started working with that and managed to teach himself how to box. It wasn't a very difficult concept but after so many fights and so much practicing he's become quite the skilled boxer, making him a formidable opponent. Of course just using your fists wouldn't be able to get you out of every situation, as such Johnny started working on his kicks and developed his fighting skills along with his boxing. It took some time and a lot of work but he managed to become a rather skilled kick-boxer, he enjoyed the concept of being able to fight with all your limbs, so it was perfect for him.

Upon reaching this level the user is now able to activate the technique known as "Rebound" where the user is able to repel whatever they come into contact with so long as they have the strength. Normally the user is able to launch themselves off of surfaces, but when using this technique the user will seem as if they are about to launch themselves but will instead launch back whatever they are touching or whatever comes into contact with them. The user does this by winding up their springs to the point where they will launch something without moving their own body, meaning if they had a hand placed against a large stone they could launch it as a projectile. This also works if something or someone is thrown at the user, the moment the object or person comes into contact with the user's body they will be launched back with some considerable force. The user can Rebound blunt objects with ease without receiving much harm but as for sharp objects although they have a bit more of a resistance and can still rebound they will still be cut just like any other person. This technique can only be activated by first entering "Wound Up". Prolonged use of this technique will begin to cause damage to the users muscles due to how tightly wound the springs are, the damage could go so far as to cause tearing in the muscles.

Devil Fruit Abilities: The user is able to transform parts of their body into springs. When applying this to the legs the user is granted amazing jumping and bouncing power, which can be used to launch themselves at incredible speeds, in order to deliver attacks enhanced by a high magnitude of momentum. Due to the reactive force of bouncing off a solid surface, the user can break apart the said surface, meaning the user can form craters in the ground or smash buildings and ships. By applying this ability to other portions of the body, such as the arms, it can release strong, longer-ranged punches. The user can also turn their abdomen into a spring, which grants them more flexibility.

Devil Fruit Weaknesses: When turning the legs into springs the user is only able to launch themselves in a straight line, making it easy for the opponents to predict the trajectory and counterattack. Furthermore, the user needs something solid to bounce off of, thus the direction is based on the geography of the battlefield.

Spring Shot: Turning both his forelegs into springs, Johnny launches himself directly at his opponent either to punch them or ram them with a high speed headbutt.

Spring Gun: Johnny turns his arm into a spring and compresses it. He then releases it as a long-ranged and powerful punch.

Spring Cannon: A more powerful version of Spring Gun, instead of just turning one arm into a spring and compressing it Johnny turns both arms into springs and compresses them, then releases them for long-ranged powerful punches.

Spring Save: Johnny turns his arm into a spring and compresses it, but instead of releasing it for a punch he keeps his hand open in order to grab something far away from him to pull himself towards it. This is useful if he's trying to get to a high place, to save himself while he's falling, or to reach something he can't by normal means.

Spring Zone: Using the surrounding geography Johnny bounces from one spot to the next, increasing in speed with each successive spring, while also disorientating opponents with the continuous sound of springing. He keeps increasing his speed to such a level that he seemingly disappears to most people. Once this is accomplished he simply has to aim himself fist first at the target and let the accumulated momentum do the rest.
