Loguetown
East Blue

It was quite a journey... travelling from the West Blue all the way to the East. It would be worth it, hopefully. Eche Chiru was on his way to form a crew and head on towards the Grand Line. Loguetown was right next to the Grand Line, so it would be convenient to start his search for members there. There should be many pirates. After all, that is also where people stop by before heading on towards their quest for One Piece.

Kicking back in his ship, Chiru had already took down the marine flag, and changed his clothing. In his previous adventure, Chiru got revenge for a the man killing his best friend. On his way out, he managed to steal a small marine boat.

After getting all his stuff gathered, like his money, weapon, and all the essential things, Chiru hopped out and headed towards the town. For now, he was headed to any bar. Pirates would be swarming them more than likely. Looking at a billboard of recently added wanted criminals, he saw himself.

Wow! 5,000,000 beli head I got. I guess it's what I get for publicly executing a marine captain. Maybe this will make my quest for some companions a little easier if I can prove my strength Chiru thought as he took down the poster.

There was no need for people to recognize him. And he could prove it to others that it was really his worth. But he made sure to hide it, wouldn't be very good if he flashed it in front of a marine.

Continuing his stroll, Chiru spotted a bar. It looked pretty packed. Hopefully he could find some people worthy of being at his side. Opening the door, Chiru entered the tavern.

Fletcher sat by himself at a table, his feet were propped up on the surface that was intended for eating yet he didn't seem to mind. Two glasses of alcohol could be seen on the table and two individuals who'd tried to start trouble lay on the ground next to him. Truth be told Fletcher didn't do anything on the fight, just assumed his lava state, let them punch him a few times before he transformed back and beat the living day lights out of them. Suddenly, as he was busily reclining in his chair an individual with pink hair entered the bar and began to look around. Fletcher wasn't sure what to think of him, he didn't fit a single class, he wasn't rough like a pirate or a drifter like a bounty hunter. He seemed to have an almost...clinical nature about him. It was difficult to explain or identify yet Fletcher felt it would be worth keeping an eye on him. For a while at least.

Of course, he wouldn't be the one to act first, for all he knew the man could be a Marine or just have no interest in piracy as Fletcther did. That was the reason he'd come here after all, this town was supposed to be the town of beginnings and as such the magma man decided to try his luck at finding a beginning of his own here. No such luck had come his way as of yet despite him spending most of his time in taverns, the main meeting place of pirates. In fact, he'd considered leaving the town and searching for another place to find a crew, heck with his Devil Fruit he could probably take on the Grand Line alone. Of course he had nothing but a tiny raft to his name and he was almost certain that it'd sink the next time he got into it. As such he was stuck waiting at the town.

While there he'd been doing some contemplation, the first Pirate King had been born here, and that was something worth mulling over. For such a legend to have emerged from the very place he was standing was an almost humbling experience for the young man. However, today was not about beginnings or ends of the past, rather those of the future. Would this pink haired man turn out to be the thing Fletcher had been looking for.

Walking into the bar, Chiru did not head towards the bartender. He headed towards the center. He was going to pull off another stunt. Obviously it wasn't going to be as big as his last one, but hopefully this one will be effective.

Standing on a vacant table in the middle of the tavern, he began to shout.

"Listen up everyone! I'm on the quest to the Grand Line! But first I need some crewmates. If anyone is strong enough to handle it, stand up."

Snickering, most of the barbarians in the bar ridiculed him. Some yelled out, like "Sit down ya punk!" others mocking him with their buddies. Chiru still stood there, awaiting a response.

In the back of the bar, sat a marine. He picked up his head, and began watching intently. Any false moves stating him being a criminal, will have this guy up his ass.

And Fletcher's instincts were dead on. The man who had caught his interest stood up on a table and announced his intentions to a room full of strangers in a ballsy move. Grinning Fletcher took his feet down from the table and pushed his chair away from the table. Immediately afterwards the magma man stood up and placed his hands in his pockets. "So, you're looking for a crewmate to join you? Well, I will." He announced causing a few more snickers and rude remarks from the crowd. They could hardly believe that these two young men, essentially considered to be "kids" to them were brazenly announcing their intentions to become a crew. "But only if I get to be the captain." He added with a wry grin, challenging the pink haired man to gain his respect.

This caused a slight ruckus around the room with numerous people whooping or cheering, a bar fight would likely ensue and watching two guys beat the living daylights out of one another would certainly prove to be entertaining. Of course, Flethcer knew he would win, how could he not? His opponent had no way of harming him and coming close to him, let alone touching him would be painful. But he wasn't looking to see if the man opposite him could beat him, he was looking to see what his reaction would be. If he didn't have a strong sense of character and wasn't willing to face the impossible Fletcher didn't want him on his crew, let alone have him as his captain! The reaction of the man would determine Fletcher's course of action and would determine whether this pirate crew would come into existence and who the captain would be.

Well Chiru was surprised. Somebody actually responded. But this man wanted to be the captain. Hell no he wasn't leading him.

"There will be only one damn captain on my ship, and it will be me."

Opening his bag, he pulled out his weapon. The Seastone Gun Katar. After pulling it out, he threw the bag aside. Chiru smiled as he stared at the man. Time to test his strength. Let's see if hes worthy.

"Come at me"

Aiming his weapon at Fletcher, he placed his left hand on one of the pistols. The weapon was quite unique, it was a katar, and it was made of seastone. It had an even more intimidating look with two pistols equippedon the side.

Chiru didnt attack first. He didn't know how strong this man is, or weak. There was a chance he could kill him, or even get himself killed.

Meanwhile the marine continued to watch. He did feel the man looked familiar. Pink hair... He decided to see how the battle began, and if he found a reason intervene or if they caused too much damage, he'd take him out. Or at least try. This marine was a cocky guy, little did he know that weapon was seastone or the other man was a devil fruit eater aswell.

Fletcher gained the exact reaction he'd been hoping for, if the man had've accepted he would have refused to join the crew, such weak willed people had no place on the ocean. A cocky grin never leaving his face the magma man looked at the unorthodox weapon that was made of a material he didn't recognize. Usually such a thing would be threatening and to be avoided, yet Fletcher had nothing or fear. He'd eaten a Devil Fruit, a Logia no less! No weapon could harm him and as such even the most threatening of objects was useless against him, as a matter a fact, as far as he was concerned, Fletcher was the strongest person in the entire of East Blue! A rather grandiose and arrogant statement to be sure but Fletcher was inexperienced and had no knowledge of things such as Seastone or Haki that could harm him.

The pink haired man then challenged Fletcher to attack him and Fletcher's grin widened. He couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor bastard. Rearing an arm back it would undergo a frightening transformation to all of those observing, it suddenly became comprised totally of lava. Molten smoke began to billow from his arm and small amounts of it dripped to the ground. Flethcer then threw his arm forwards and a blast of lava in the shape of his arm would be sent towards his opponent. He was making use of a smaller version of his catapult technique. He wasn't fond of going all out against people as it would result in their death. Of course, it the lava hit his opponent it would be more than enough to finish him off. If that wasn't enough the entire bar would catch alight lost immediately upon the lava colliding with the ground. Meanwhile Fletcher was still grinning as his arm began to regenerate, lava pouring from it and forming his arm. His opponent's next move would interest the magma man greatly.

Seeing magma head towards his head, Chiru rolled across the table to land in front of the man. So he was a devil fruit user, and his power was a force to be reckoned with. However, Chiru had one of his weaknesses. A seastone weapon.

Still in from of him, Chiru attempted to slash at the mans shoulder. He was holding back, it was only meant to pierce him so Fletcher knew his power. Being somewhat cocky with his fruit, Chru imagined the man would let him slice him. Little would he know the weapon was seastone. However, if a chirus ended up missing, he would follow up by squeezing the handle. The blade would split into three after that, and he would try to follow his movement, attempting to pierce him.

Fletcher just grinned as his opponent evaded his lava fist and came towards him. The other patrons of the bar all fled in a panic as flames began to consume the bar. It spread rapidly and began to lick at people's heels. The formerly arrogant and rowdy pirates were all panicking, scrambling over each other to get away from the two "punks" who were apparently more powerful than they'd originally anticipated. However, that wasn't what the magma man was focusing on, no, his opponent had come towards him, aiming to impale him. It appeared that he wasn't familiar with a Logia type Devil Fruit...of course, Fletcher couldn't blame him. Most people in the Blues were unfamiliar with any type of Devil. Fruit, let alone one of the rarest and most powerful types. As such, Fletcher decided to show him. He remained in his liquid form as the Kater came towards him, his grin plastered firmly on his face.

Until he was hit.

Fletcher's grin vanished from his face and his eyes widened on shock. The blade had hit him! Pain rippled through his body, an unfamiliar sensation that he hadn't felt for years. He'd been immune to pain since his childhood and to feel it so adruptly....it was an utter shock. After the initial shock Fletcher cried out in shock, "GET AWAY FROM ME!" And then numerous balls of lava began to erupt from his body, heading all around the bar and burning holes in the wall as well as speeding up the flames that were enveloping the bar. But Fletcher didn't care that the bar would burn down in a matter of minutes, no, the man who had some way of hurting him was before him. He couldn't allow him to exist! He had to dispose of him!

Only one man remained in the room besides the two. It was the marine. Camby Stone had finally decided to take action. Mainly for the fact he had to... There was a logia eater and a man with haki or a seastone weapon tearing down the place. It was time for these rookies to get their placement.

"The two of you are under arrest! I'd suggest surrendering or you might die."

Creating a sloppy liquid, the marine threw concrete across the room, taking out the fire in his path to the two criminals. Colliding with the magma the concrete accelerated, hardening. After showing off his skills, he created a glop of concrete between his hands. Stretching them and holding them out for a moment, the once liquid solidified into a concrete sword. Holding the blade with his right arm, Camby awaited his opponents to make a move.

Well... Chiru didn't expect a reaction like that. Who he thought was a potential comrade was now burning down the bar. He like this guy... He had quite a power, but the only thing Chiru worried about was his ability to contain him. Chiru knew he couldn't take down the man now. The only way of attack was close range with his seastone Katar. But with all this magma spurting out and his rampage, Chiru would die before getting him in his crew. This is getting bad.. Things had escalated quickly. Chiru had been in Loguetown for not even one hour, and he had already stirred up trouble.

Now a marine appeared out of nowhere. Great. He was a devil fruit eater too?!?! This was just terrible. Chiru couldn't be captured now. He had several options still. 1. Escape. 2. Work with the magma man to take out the marine. 3. Avoid combat and let the two fruit users take each other out. This would all depend on Fletcher and if he would calm down.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Lochstar Sun Apr 20, 2014 9:06 am

Fletcher turned around, lava still spewing from his body. By that point he'd nearly lost himself, he'd felt pain and he needed to eliminate anything and everything around him. As such, the unfortunate Marine would suffer his full wrath. Rearing a fist back, lava still spewing from his body, Fletcher then tossed it forwards, a large magma fist flying towards his opponent. By this point the bar was mostly on fire with the exception of the concreted part, and it was spreading fast. Normally it wouldn't be terrible but in this case there was alcohol stored in the building, great deals of it. Suddenly a massive explosion blasted a hole in the side of the tavern, fueled by the flammable liquid. Naturally this explosion was able to reach the building next to it and blast a hole in the side of it as well as set it alight. It wouldn't 'to be too long until the entire block was on fire due to Fletcher's rage.

However, none of that was on Fletcher's mind as the lava fist sailed towards his opponent, balls of magma still flying out from him trying to keep him safe. He'd utterly forgotten about the man who'd been able to hurt him and was just seeking to eliminate emanating and everything around him. The Marine would need to be prepared and come at him with his full might if he were to survive. Chiru was forgotten for now.

The marine had already requested backup before the two fought, so the other soldiers could lead the men to the jail after he gave them a beating. He might actually need it now, for the man was much more powerful than expected. Camby still believed he could take them out. Taking down a logia eater could bump up his reputation and maybe earn him a promotion.

Throwing some more goo at the flames that had burst, Camby attempted to make the bar an actual place to fight. Right now he had trouble breathing with all the smoke coming from the flames, he would have to drag the man out to the streets for a chance of victory.

Soru

Speeding away from the magma, Camby avoided the rampage. He began to sprint towards the exit now. Swinging with his sword he used it like a machete slicing the wood in his way. Meanwhile with his other arm he attempted cooling the flames in his path as he sprinted out of the place.

Now Chiru was sprinting out as well. The marine was headed towards him, but Chiru had a little head start. He ran through a gap caused by the bursts of flames. And Chiru was out in the streets which was getting emptier as the fire spread. The marine was right behind him, and Fletcher was most likely behind him as well.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Lochstar Mon Apr 21, 2014 5:56 pm

And so the prey began to flee, Fletcher turned around just in time to see the man who'd vanished in front of his very eyes and the man who'd harmed him. Obviously Fletcher decided to chase after them, raising a fist behind him Fletcher threw it forward, this time creating a large fist which instead of flying from his arm just continued on, destroying the wall with the utmost of ease. It broke through it like butter and continued on, striking the building opposite, breaking through that wall as well and causing a fire on the opposite side of the street while the flames from the bar began to extend to the buildings around it. As the fist dropped Fletcher assumed his lava form and shot out of the bar as our lava before appearing out on the street, reforming almost instantly, now standing behind the two men who'd likely continued to run.

Raising a fist behind him Fletcher threw that fist forwards and sent a large fist of lava towards his two opponents. It was quite large and would collide with the Marine first unless he did something to stop it. All the while the flames continued to spread, having now caught onto a total of five buildings, three on the side of the bar and two on the opposite side of the street and the fire was spreading fast. Unless something was done quickly Loguetown itself may be burnt to the ground. Would Fletcher's rampage ever cease?

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Jonny Strider Tue Apr 22, 2014 3:56 am

Approaching the coast of Loguetown was a small boat guided by the winds of the sea. Sitting in it was a boy no older than 16 years. His name was Jonny D. Strider, a irate skilled in Karate. He was also a Devil Fruit User, a Logia-type to be exact. He was sitting patiently, cross-legged as the boat came closer to the town. It was quite a journey getting here from the South Blue. Jonny even had o fight a couple of pirate on his way here, but they weren't very famous, so beating them didn't get him any bounty. It was also quite easy, considering he is made of lightning and physical attacks just go right through him. Although, there were ways to harm a Logia-type Devil Fruit User, the boy just has meet anyone who could hurt them.

The boat had finally arrived at the location the young pirate wanted to go to in the first place. He decided to stand up and stretch. He had been sitting in the vessel for a while. He was trying to get the tension out of his limbs. Succeeding at removing the stiffness from his arms and legs, he now felt relaxed. When the boat arrived at the docks, he picked up his backpack with his right hand, put it on, and stepped off of the vessel. He then, began walking to the town.

As he wondered through the buildings, he looked around to see the inhabitants as well as what kinds of shops they had. He was looking to get a bite to eat. He hadn't eaten all day. While searching for a restaurant, he wondered which pirate crew he should join. His search was cut short as he saw people running away from a certain location. Jonny looked in the opposite direction they were headed and saw smoke rising in the atmosphere.

'Heh, sweet some action' He said, excited to be part of the fray that was taking place. The boy liked a good fight now and then. He wondered what is happening anyway. He rushed down the current path he was on, heading for the one the inhabitants were scurrying on. After making it to the pathway, he turned to where the smoke was coming from. He then, saw a pink-haired man along with a marine chasing him. The guy with the pink hair color must be a pirate. Of course, what really stroke his interest was a fist, which appeared to be made of lava burst out of the door and flew to the buildings opposite of it., causing another fire on contact.

"So that's what causing all these fires, but whose making the lava?" Jonny asked to no one in particular, questioned as to how lava from under the Earth's surface could spurt out like that. His question was soon answered when another man came out of the blazing building. There appeared to be lava coming off of him. This would mean he was a Devil Fruit User. He should have expected as much when guess who could do feats such as this. Seeing the man fire another large fist of lava at the other two, Jonny decided to intervene with his own Devil Fruit power. Quickly holding his right hand up, it surged with electricity around it. The small mass grew with each passing second. When it was ready, he aimed at the fist of lava heading for the two men.

"Rumble Bolt!" He exclaimed as a lightning bolt fired out of the boy's hand. It flew towards the molten rock as it traversed the atmosphere. On collision with the lava, both attacks caused a small explosion. Spectators who remained behind had their mouths agape as they saw the boy fire lightning out of his hand, indicating he was another Devil Fruit User. More precisely, a Logia with an ability considered invincible to those with knowledge of the fruit itself. All the young pirate knew about it was the name and the kind of powers it gave him, he hardly knows much about it's reputation.

"Hey, what's going on here. Mind if I join in?" Jonny rhetorically asked three men. His body was still crackling as electricity course around him.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Anarchy Tue Apr 22, 2014 10:17 am

Chiru fled, finding a stairway underground. The area seemed quite vacant, so he might as well make it a temporary hideout. He wasn't trying to get away from Fletcher, just get away from his rampage. Maybe when he cools down, maybe then will he get a better opportunity to recruit him. But it didn't seem like that chance would come... a new enemy arrived. He seemed like he had a devil fruit power, possibly another logia. Three devil fruit users would now battle. Loguetown was going to be a mess after this...

Camby held out his sword and turned to see the two. He was ready to battle, now that he could actually breathe. Staring at Fletcher, his eyes darted to the side as he saw a new opponent. He was a logia as well... Camby's objective now was to place cement around the two. They may be intangible, but they certainly can't do anything if they are a block. Maybe he could suffocate them... Ideas ideas.

"Don't mind if you hop in. That'll just make one extra person to kill."

Making his move, Camby jumped in the air towards Fletcher. First, he would dump some cement in the air, to block whatever attacks headed his way. Then, he would attempt to place even more on Fletcher's head. If this worked, he would solidify it.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Lochstar Tue Apr 22, 2014 9:55 pm

Fletcher's attack was stopped, somewhat confusing the rampaging youth. For someone to be strong enough to stop one of his attacks...they needed to be eliminated. Had he not been in an absolute state Fletcher would've marveled at the likelihood of encountering another yet Devil Fruit user, one was rare enough but for an opponent to have appeared back in the bar was ridiculous. Now another opponent had emerged and he was another Logia type user! That was borderline insanity, Logia types were the rarest type and for two to meet in the blue with a third opponent acting as an intermediate...this would promise to be interesting. Seeing his prey leap up into the air Fletcher reared back his right arm and then sent a large fist of lava flying, making use of his Catapult technique once more, a technique that was fast promising to become his signature move. Seemingly with perfect timing his opponent blocked it with cement. He then followed up by attaching cement to his head, attempting to suffocate him. If used against a normal opponent that maneuver would be deadly, if it had been used against him in his normal state he may have panicked and been unable to break out. But now...it was child's play.

With a roar Fletcher's head expanded outwards, much like a volcano that sent lava spewing from its top and melted the concrete away without any form of effort. Following this he reared both his fists back and sent a dual Catapult attack at his opponent, two fists of lava then hurtled towards his opponent, threatening to end the life of the Marine were he not quick enough. Despite it being only a brief flash of pain Fletcher had utterly lost his mind temporarily, being reduced to an animalistic state that was nothing more than his most basic instincts to survive. Normally it would manifest only in the most extreme situations and result in a man behaving like a wild animal, but for a Logia type user such as Fletcher who was immune to pain for most of his life and lived free from such worries, even the slightest injury triggered it in him. So injuring him was generally in advisable unless one was confident enough in their own abilities to handle him. Meanwhile, Chiru had been mostly forgotten.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Jonny Strider Wed Apr 23, 2014 12:04 pm

Jonny observed the battle taking place. It appeared that Fletcher had the upper-hand in this fight. For a moment, it looked like he was having trouble with the marine, but managed to turned the tables. He should have expect as much from the lava man. It was not easy beating a Logia-type Devil Fruit User. They were forces of nature. Fighting Fletcher is like fighting the full on force of a volcano. However, when it comes to fighting Jonny, it's like going up against a thunderstorm. he could generate enough electricity to defeat an army in one fell-swoop. These certain type of Devil Fruit user were definitely not to be taken likely.

From what the lightning boy could see, Fletcher had previously been on a rampage. The fires consuming the buildings were likely a result of his lava attacks coming into contact with them. He wondered what could have caused him to flew into such a rage. Unknown to Jonny that he was actually cut but a weapon made of sea stone. Logias, who are not used to enduring physical pain run the risk of mental shock. Taking damage like any other human had a serious effect on Fletcher's temper. Since he was so used to his intangibility, the attack must have triggered his rage to burst forth uncontrollably.

'Well, it looks like the lava man is preoccupied at the moment. I wonder who my opponent will be?' Jonny asked himself, searching the landscape for the pink-haired individual. He managed to spot him. He was close to the fight, but at a safe distance, it seems. He walked over to him to ask about the situation. He wanted to know what had taken place in this area. He wasn't just going to pick fight's without reason.

"Hey, could you shed some light onto the situation. What's with all the fires?" He asked the pink-haired man. He waited for an answer from him. If Fletcher decided to turn his attention towards them, Jonny with counterattack. He was always ready for a battle. The fact that he would be fighting a Logia user certainly excited him.

"The lava man is rampaging after I hurt him. It looked like he was going to join my crew, but afraid I'll have to wait for him to cool down, along with the town. And what do you want? Who even are you?" Chiru jumbled out quickly.

Holding his katar, he awaited the lightning man's response. Chiru noticed he probably wanted to battle, he appeared out of no where just to get involved with the action. He had to watch out for any attacks, the man had some ability with electricity or something...

After Camby's attack had failed, a volcano erupted underneath him. He wasn't quick enough. Creating two blocks of cement, he attempted to kick off of them but his devil fruit skills weren't good enough. Before he could execute his escape, the lava melted the cement underneath. Kicking away, he burned his feet. The cement did save his life, but he was still hurt. Crumpling to the ground, Camby got on his knees still ready to fight. His feet hurt, but it wasn't too bad. He could walk, but quick motions were going to be difficult. In his stage and Fletcher's rage, his death awaited unless something occured.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Fletcher saw his opponent's wits finally fail him, he'd done well to last this long, his own Devil Fruit and quick thinking had allowed him to delay the magma man. Of course his loss was inevtiable, he was standing against an opponent whose powers were often cited as being invincible. Of course, Chiru had proven that wrong, had his attack been somewhat more devastating Fletcher may have been left lying on the ground in the bar, it seemed even he had his weaknesses. Naturally none of these things were on his mind and at that point he knew it was time to finish his opponent. He could continue to defend for a limited time but with his wounded feet evasion would be nearly impossible, as such the sturdy cement would crumble under the sheer destructive force of lava, there would be no contest.

Raising his fist Fletcher would look down at the Marine, the cause of his rampage long since forgotten, not even a glint of empathy shining through in his eyes. It seemed that Fletcher had utterly lost himself to his own pain. The young man would then strike without any form of empathy, a large magma fist having been sent towards his opponent. It was likely he could block it, but this blow was merely a demonstration of his power and he was in no hurry. He was supposedly invincible after all. Meanwhile the flames had continued to consume Loguetown, his eruption before had added to the fires that were rapidly spreading through the town. It was a total waste, all of the history embedded in the town was gradually being destroyed, if his rampage continued even the famous execution stand would be powerless before his might. Would a pirate commit the ultimate irony and destroy the very place that had birthed the great pirate era? Would a single man's rampage unfurl the greatest legacy to have ever existed? Would the place that had ignited the fire of dreams be burnt by flame itself? Only time would tell.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

The lightning boy turned around to see the seen between the 2 men once more, understanding that what was happening and why. The lava man was rampaging everywhere, because someone managed to damage him physically, despite the fact that he was a Logia. It's understandable, these type of Devil Fruit Users were used to letting attacks phase through their intangible bodies. However, it is because they are so accustomed to this skill that they become shocked when they are actually hurt. Jonny looked at the blazing buildings again as the flame began to spread.

'For a Logia-type user, this guy was hot-head.' He thought, seeing that much of the town was being destroyed due to a certain lava man losing his temper. At least when Jonny exploded, he was mindful of the surroundings. This town was a historic landmark and it could possibly be burned to the ground in someone's rage. To make it more ironic, it was a pirate's doing. To Jonny that didn't make any sense. He turned his attention back to the Chiru to respond.

"How did you hurt him in the first place, anyway. He's going to destroy the town in a fit of rage, if someone doesn't stop him or the fire. I came here in search of a crew to join. I want to sail the seas and go on great adventures. My great dream is to become the strongest fighter in the world." He said as he turned back to the flames, which were spreading, "This town was where Gold Roger was born, where many pirate adventures start and there is no way I'm just gonna stand here and let it be destroyed. We can choose to let this guy calm down or wait until Loguetown is destroyed." Jonny sounded determine to save the town where Roger's journey began. First, he was going to direct the lava man's attention towards him. He was getting tired of waiting for his turn at fighting anyway.

The boy held back his right hand as he gathered electricity within it. The small mass grew larger and shown brighter each moment. When it was ready to be launched, he aimed for Fletcher. He was all for beating up marines, but for him, there wasn't much reason to kill one.

"Rumble Bolt!" He exclaimed as he thrust his right arm outward and a lightning bolt shot out of his palm. It was heading for Fletcher who had the marine at his mercy. If the attack managed to hit him, his attention would probably be diverted to the lightning boy's direction. While the Rumble Bolt flew to the lava man, Jonny decides to take the time and figure out a way to stop the flames with his powers. He can probably blow away the fire with an intense enough blast. With a another thrust of his arm, another lightning bolt was fired above the blazing buildings behind Fletcher and the marine. It immediately stopped, become a electrical cluster.

"Raichū!" He exclaimed, performing a downward motion his hand. When he did so, a massive pillar of electricity fired from above and crashed into the buildings a lit with fire. Luckily, everyone evacuated from this area. The blast managed to extinguish the flames, but also destroyed the buildings in the process. On the bright side, Loguetown was at less danger of burning to the ground. All that is left are the buildings on fire behind him. For those who remained behind to gaze at the battle were in shock at the display of Jonny's Logia power.

Well the way things were going it seemed to good to be true. Two men already declared their interest for a crew, this was a perfect opportunity for Chiru. Finally he could get some members. There was no way of him surviving the Grand Line by himself, but with these two logias, he could do more than enter the Grand Line. What were the odds of finding two logias and having them both in a crew? The strength of the potential pirate crew was going to be massive, Chiru could already see the warships burning...

"Well that's a secret, and if you are interested in a crew, join me. But about-"

After the two began to chat it up, the conversation was interrupted by Jonny's random attack. Chiru didn't notice the man paying attention to the other two, Chiru didn't notice how the battle was going either since he was so wrapped up starting the conversation. To his surprise, the marine was already defeated. But Jonny's attack was for the man's mercy. Possibly this could calm Fletcher and bring him to reality. Or........ it would give him a new opponent and the two logias would battle it out. If that were the case, Loguetown would be destroyed. Well, Chiru didn't consider that a bad thing. It would be quite the start the start to his pirate crew... "Chiru's pirates destroy the famous Loguetown." Wouldn't that be great. But he needed a name for them... no this isn't the time. Right now he needed to prioritize his safety and stand back before getting involved between the two.

The Marine's life was once more saved as Fletcher's attention was diverted, his large magma fist only half formed, it seemed that another person had decided to attack him. Fortunately this attack had passed through him, utterly harmless to the man with the fluid body. After all, a mere flesh wound from a katar had sent him on this rampage, a direct lightning bolt would likely result in all of Loguetown being lost in one gargantuan eruption from the body of the utterly enraged youth. With his attention diverted towards the lightning man Fletcher noticed the man create a highly effective pillar of lightning which rained down from the heavens and utterly destroyed the building, putting out the fire in the process. It seemed like a somewhat odd approach, believing that the end justified the means but so far the lightning man was only somewhat behind in terms of destruction to Fletcher himself. He'd destroyed one building, the bar and set numerous other ones on fire yet their total building destruction count was equal.

Wordlessly, like nothing but a mere beast Fletcher raised his fist and then threw it forwards. The magma fist sailed towards his opponent, still a part of his own body. By this point the man wasn't coherent enough to realize his opponent was a Logia user and as such he would attack with his full vigor, holding nothing back against the man. Yet a battle between two opponents, alike in their power and ferocity, both of whom were intangible would never be able to settle this battle. Would this island end as nothing more than smoldering ash beneath the feet of two men? Unless by some miracle Fletcher calmed down it certainly seemed to be the case. Ironic that he initially came here looking to join a pirate crew and ended up trying to brutally murder his captain and flatten anything around him.

It appears that Jonny had managed to divert the Logia's attention. Now he was the one fighting him instead. He looked to not have calmed down at all. Also, the lava man counterattacked by sending a fist of molten rock at the boy while it was still attached to his body. He turned back to Chiru to warn him of the incoming attack. A normal person would be burned to ash, if that lava fist were to hit. Of course, Jonny's lightning bolts were highly dangerous as well, depending on the size.

"You might wanna move, this could get really intense. By the way, could you try and put out the flames behind us?" He asked as he returned his attention back to the incoming attack. He quickly charged his right hand with electricity. The concentration of lightning grew each second until ready for use. Jonny was planning on cancelling out the lava with his lightning. It would result in an explosion, but at least no more of Loguetown would get destroyed. Still, he was rather enjoying himself. This was a real challenge and of course, Jonny never turns one down.

"Rumble Bolt!" He exclaimed as he thrusted his hand forward. Like before, a mighty bolt of electricity shot out of his palm. He headed straight for the lava fist. Upon the collision, both attacks ended up create an explosion of lightning and molten rock. Smoke kicked up along with the blast as large plumes filled the area in which both elements detonated. When the fumes had cleared from Jonny's view, he could again see Fletcher.

"Hey, if your listening, then chill. You're gonna burn down this whole place, if you don't get a hold of yourself." He said, trying to snap some sense into the out-of-control lava man. If this were to continue, the lightning boy would have to go all out and use one of his more powerful attacks. Another building might get destroyed in the process, but he had to calm Fletcher down or there won't be any left standing.

The marine Camby was aside for now. It was just the three of them now. He was finally defeated. A talented prospect for the navy, an arrogant soldier who believed he'd never be defeat, was easily crushed by the overwhelming force of the Logia.

"Do you really think I'm a fireman, and I-" Chiru started before being interrupted for the second time.......

Dashing to the side, Chiru avoided the collision of the powers. The battle was getting heated and it looked liked they were equals. However, Chiru knew he himself could impact the town greatly if he stepped in. He needed to use his weapon to his advantage.

Continuing to sprint to the side, Chiru was positioned between the other two like a triangle. Avoiding the attacks, Chiru went up to close the distance this time. Dashing towards Fletcher, Chiru would attempt to place the flat side of the weapon on the man's shoulder, and follow with a knee to his gut. Chiru was no expert with combat, but it was hard to use any of his attacks. He needed to stun him, keep the seastone on him to do so, and not hurt him too badly for that would more than likely result in his death. Even though this could be suicide, if Fletcher strikes him.

As Johnny shouted out for Fletcher to chill, an ironic pun considering the substance which his body was so prided of, literally molten rock, so,etching was awakened within the magma man. He paused momentarily, no longer attacking despite his previous behavior and disposition to utterly destroy anything and everything around him. Control. That single world echoed through the man's mind as he was suddenly thrust back in time by his own mind. He was but a young boy at the time, experimenting with his powers and learning to control them under his father's watchful guidance so that he could avoid killing everyone around him with his incredible power. In retrospect that was what he had just been doing but that was unimportant. What was important was that Fletcher recalled vividly the circumstances, his father stood before him, a solemn look on his face as he looked down at his son. "Son, you have been granted an incredible power by eating that fruit. Yet it comes with a price, if you ever lose control of yourself, even for a moment someone you care about could die, I understand that you can grow angry, everyone can. Yet for you control is even more critical than a normal person." The man explained.

Fletcher recalled nodding while scoffing at the advice. How could he ever lose his temper? Nobody could touch him, and it wasn't like he was one to fly off the handle...well that theory had been proven totally wrong, his mindless rampage directly contradicting that particular belief. Regardless, Fletcher had come back to his sense and figuratively "cooled off" although his body was still at a ridiculously high temperature. The entire ordeal confused him as all he recalled was a vague rampage, the details being lost amidst the rage. He was just about to walk away and try to remember what had happened when suddenly the man he intended to call captain appeared and attacked him, causing him more pain. This caused the magma man to flinch over and step back, rage boiling up inside him. His head snapped back up and his fist reared back, becoming lava as a cloud began to billow from it, he would destroy this man! Yet...something held him back. His memory of his father causing him to lower his fist and for it to appear normal once more. "Gah, not bad...captain." Fletcher explained with a wry grin on his face.

It appeared that what the boy said had gotten through to Fletcher. He seemed to be in his thoughts for a moment before calming down. Even with a another attack from Chiru, he kept his anger under control. Of course, he momentarily transformed his fist into lava, but quickly changed it back. Jonny can get much of what was happening and was glad that his words had gotten him to come to his senses. He also heard Fletcher referred to Chiru as captain. This might be, beacuse he is deciding to join the pink-haired man's crew. It seemed like Loguetown would be safe and maybe they could get along. Though, the boy suspects that they were still fighting. He then, remembered what Chiru said about about wanting him to join his crew. Sure it will start out small, but eventually they will find good members and their numbers will grow. He decides to walk closer to him and Fletcher to voice his decision.

"Hey guys, I would like to join the crew, too. If we're still fighting, I would be glad to continue, if we're not, I'm cool either way. Since you are the captain, you decide." Jonny said, telling Chiru to decide whether or not to continue the confrontation. Be that both him and Fletcher were Logias, it will be difficult to handle both of them. However, with the seastone katar Chiru has at his disposal, he has the power to actually hurt either of them. The material the weapon was made of was still unknown to Jonny as he had never encounter anything like it before. All he knew of his weaknesses was that he could no longer swim and would sink to the bottom of a seafloor, if submerged.

There was much of his Devil Fruit power he has yet to know about. Specifically speaking, he knows little of it's reputation. Those with high knowledge on these mystical fruits would surely know and be shocked to encounter the the user of this ability. Among Logia-types, the Goro Goro no Mi is considered exceptionally powerful. Jonny may not know it, but he is one of the most powerful Devil Fruit users in the world. He can easily overpower Paramecia and Zoan-types.

Back to the battle at hand, Jonny waited at a close distance near Fletcher and Chiru. He was ready for any offensive action against him, if either of them tried to do harm to them. If they wish to stop the battle, he will follow suit. Jonny was an accepting person. He was okay with continuing or postponing the battle.
