It appeared that what the boy said had gotten through to Fletcher. He seemed to be in his thoughts for a moment before calming down. Even with a another attack from Chiru, he kept his anger under control. Of course, he momentarily transformed his fist into lava, but quickly changed it back. Jonny can get much of what was happening and was glad that his words had gotten him to come to his senses. He also heard Fletcher referred to Chiru as captain. This might be, beacuse he is deciding to join the pink-haired man's crew. It seemed like Loguetown would be safe and maybe they could get along. Though, the boy suspects that they were still fighting. He then, remembered what Chiru said about about wanting him to join his crew. Sure it will start out small, but eventually they will find good members and their numbers will grow. He decides to walk closer to him and Fletcher to voice his decision.

"Hey guys, I would like to join the crew, too. If we're still fighting, I would be glad to continue, if we're not, I'm cool either way. Since you are the captain, you decide." Jonny said, telling Chiru to decide whether or not to continue the confrontation. Be that both him and Fletcher were Logias, it will be difficult to handle both of them. However, with the seastone katar Chiru has at his disposal, he has the power to actually hurt either of them. The material the weapon was made of was still unknown to Jonny as he had never encounter anything like it before. All he knew of his weaknesses was that he could no longer swim and would sink to the bottom of a seafloor, if submerged.

There was much of his Devil Fruit power he has yet to know about. Specifically speaking, he knows little of it's reputation. Those with high knowledge on these mystical fruits would surely know and be shocked to encounter the the user of this ability. Among Logia-types, the Goro Goro no Mi is considered exceptionally powerful. Jonny may not know it, but he is one of the most powerful Devil Fruit users in the world. He can easily overpower Paramecia and Zoan-types.

Back to the battle at hand, Jonny waited at a close distance near Fletcher and Chiru. He was ready for any offensive action against him, if either of them tried to do harm to them. If they wish to stop the battle, he will follow suit. Jonny was an accepting person. He was okay with continuing or postponing the battle.

Captain... Chiru liked the sound of that. Seems like the man has cooled down. It seemed like it was happening when he did not react to Chiru's attack. By the time Fletcher noticed him he already delivered the blow. Maybe Chiru could reason with him now... There were definitely marines coming, and there might even be a superior. The marine who had attacked them was quite strong, but he seemed young and foolish still. There was no doubt there were stronger marines. This is Loguetown after all, it is known for the pirates flooding in and there are marines in the town to stop them. Any time now, they would be swarmed by marines.

So the lava man had already declared his acceptance of joining his crew. Chiru had one the lottery. No, two lotteries. The lightning man wanted in as well! Seemed like he was still pumped up and ready for action since he had just arrived. However, for now they needed to head out.

"Welcome aboard! We need to get out, there should be marines coming, I would assume with all this ruckus we caused. No time for chit chat, head to the port!"

Marines were headed there way... they wouldn't get very far before being surrounded and swarmed by little marines. Little did they know the new pirates had two logias. No matter how many marines they sent, if none of them were strong, they would stand no chance against the monsters. Chiru could already tell this crew was going to be infamous.

And so the crew was formed, a competent and intelligent man in control of two powerful Logia type Devil Fruit users, this crew promised to be one of the most potent rookie crews presently around. If they added even more members to their crew they could traverse the Grand Line, acquiring infamy and wealth as they went, their captain or any of the three men presently there could end up as a Supernova, in fact who knew how far they could travel? Of course, they had to escape the town first. "Oh yeah, good idea captain." Fletcher replied, their crew may have been strong but Fletcher knew that if a large number of Marines came after them he'd be forced to use his full power, and that would mean that all of the Marines would end up dead. Alternatively the two Logia users could be taken out, by some miracle, and the captain would be left to fend for himself, likely captured, thus their potential would be utterly squandered.

"Lead the way." The lava man explained, a wry grin adjourning his face. He had no idea where the boat was positioned yet he knew they weren't in any hurry. He knew it was almost inevitable that the Marines would soon surround them and even if by some miracle they made it to their ship it would likely just end in a pursuit or the Marines bombarding them with cannons, likely sinking their ship. Although the captain could likely keep the two Devil Fruit users above water they'd be useless, their powers negated by the ocean until they dried off. As such Fletcher knew that it would be better to fight them off than to try and escape. It was either him or them...and although the lava man wasn't cruel by nature basic survival came first and he knew that he'd rather live another day and leave a few Marines with burn marks.

As they ran along Fletcher realized something, he didn't know the name of his crew nor did they know his! It was almost unforgivable, for them to be nakama yet not even know such a basic detail. Granted, Fletcher had spent the majority of the time he'd known them rampaging, attempting to destroy Loguetown and kill them, but that was a minor detail. "So, I'm Fletcher Perkins. What're your names?" He asked, not slowing in the slightest as they sprinted to the docks.

Jonny nodded to what Chiru said. His new captain was right, after all the damage that they did, marines were certainly going to come after them. It was only a matter of time before groups of them swarm the newly formed pirate crew. Though, the boy wasn't worried at the thought of low-ranking marines assaulting him and his friends. He was a Logia as well as Fletcher. They can easily handle vast number of these enemies. However, he wasn't going to get overconfident because of that. That can be very damaging to a fighter, especially a Logia-type Devil Fruit user. They are so used to their intangibility that one hit can really leave an impact on their mind. This most certainly counts for inexperience Logias.

"You got it, captain, we're right behind you." He said as he ran with his crew. He headed down the road that lead to the port from here with them. Of course, it was not going to be easy getting there in the first place. Jonny was expecting marines to pop up and stop him and his crew mates. He didn't mind at all, in fact he liked a good challenge at taking on and army of these navy recruits. The only real fight he had since coming to Loguetown was against a rampaging Fletcher. Even then, he was only trying to calm him down and couldn't combat him him at his fullest.

While the boy continued to run along with his crew, he heard Fletcher finally introduce himself. He also asked for the names of their captain and himself. Now that Jonny recalls, he really hadn't gave either of his crew mates his name. Also, they didn't even get think of their crew's name. The lightning boy decides to be the one to reveal his name first. He turned his head to speak with Fletcher as they continue to head for the port to set sail.

"Oh yeah, I never did get to tell you guys who I am. My name is Jonny Strider, nice to meet ya." He said with a happy tone in his voice, introducing himself to his crew mates then, turned to face Chiru, whom Fletcher and him were following, "So captain, what's your name and what are ya gonna call our crew?" Jonny gave out his name to his friends, it was his leader's turn to do the same. He was also the one to decide the title of their crew.

(OOC: Im having some personal issues, so my apologies for this delayed post)

"Eche Chiru, and I dunno let's make that decision when we're safe,"

Sprinting with his two comrades, Chiru began to think about the question Strider asked. What was he going to call his crew? He'd need to come up with a good name, with a crew like this they were definitely going to be big. A logia has potential to become a supernova. Chiru had two logias. The day was the luckiest day. They were almost back to the ship. No matter how fortunate, they still needed to hurry. There was a chance a marine could ruin their day. Another devil fruit eater, or even worse, a man with seastone like Chiru.

Without a doubt there was going to be marines standing in their attempted escape. Blocking there path, were 12 sprinting marines. Several of the marines began to scream at the pirates.

"Halt!"

Firing their rifles, the men attempted to put the three to a stop. They knew they had to take down the three, but they didn't know their powers. Just guinea pigs, following orders.

Post by Lochstar Tue May 06, 2014 10:30 pm

((OOC: Sorry, forgot it was my turn  lol! ))

Fletcher nodded as his new nakama introduced themselves, glad to finally learn their names. Chiru and Johnny, they would definitely share good times together and he was certainly looking forward to all of them. Yet their captain couldn't think of a name and although. Fletcher had a fair few ideas, the Fletcher Pirates, the Magma Pirates, the Kickass Pirates...none of them seemed like they would sit well with the captain. As such he decided to keep his mouth shut and continue to run along with his unnamed crew. But they weren't able to evade the Marines and the magma man couldn't help but grin as he stepped forwards from his crew. "Don't worry guys, I've got this." He announced, rolling his shoulders as he did so, preparing to compensate for the fact he'd done nothing but rampage since the crew had been formed.

The marines looked on in surprise as a single man walked forwards, grinning at them with a confidence unknown to any of them, which meant this man was either incredibly stupid or powerful, and they weren't sure which of them was the case. However, their superior gave the signal to fire and so they did...and immediately regretted it afterwards. Their ballets passed through the man, melting slightly as they did so, liquid metal colliding with the pavement before eventually setting. Fletcher then raised both his hands and lava began to spray from his body and hands, sent out in small balls which collided with the Marines, setting them on fire and causing them to run around screaming. Meanwhile Fletcher stood, his body gradually reforming as it did so. "After you." He explained, turning to his crew, confident enough in his intangibility to turn his back on his opponents.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates - Page 2 Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Jonny Strider Wed May 07, 2014 10:08 am

The lightning boy gave a big grin to Fletcher, happy at how easy it is getting to the ship. Though, he doesn't mind fight a few strong opponents while doing, but he doubt there would be anyone strong enough to take on a Logia in Loguetown. All that was in front of them were scrambling marines with no complete clue as to how powerful Jonny and his friend Fletcher was. It was no challenge taking down these people. The boy could actually do it himself, but was thankful for the helping hand the magma man gave him and Chiru. Jonny gave a thumbs-up gesture to his friend, a show of gratitude for taking on the marines.

"Thanks Fletcher, that was nice move you did there. You toasted those guys, sweet." He said in a happy tone before turning to the group of flaming men ahead of them. The boy decided he wants to finished them by knocking them unconscious. He wasn't the kind of person to just simply kill someone with pleasure, without, reason, or anything. He is a merciful warrior, but will not hold back in a fight most of the time. He walked up to the front of the group and faced the marines who were trying to put out the flames around their bodies. He right hand laid down by the respective side of his body, opened and prepared for an attack. Electricity began to form in it as Jonny began to concentrate. The small mass grew larger each moment until it was ready to be launch.

"Let's see any of you handle this, Rumble Bolt!" Jonny exclaimed as he thrusts his hand towards the marines who managed to put out the flames. Out of his palm shot a lightning straight at them. The men could only watch on in utter shock as the element flew at them. When the attack hit, the marines were bombarded with an electrical shock, which spread throughout the entire group that faced the new pirate crew. Even the higher ups were caught in the blast. When the attack dissipated, the enemies fell to the ground unconscious. There were burns on their bodies, but they weren't severe enough for immediate medical attention. Overall on the attack, it was impressive. It was also the same attack that stopped Fletcher's magma fist during their previous fight while he was on a rampage. It was simply baffling that a boy could have that much power at his fingertips. There was no doubt that Jonny was a Logia from the way he easily dispatched the group of marines. After he was done rendering the foes without consciousness, he turned back to his crew mates.

"Okay guys, now we can get out of here. I sure do hope we get to meet a lot more guys tougher than them. That was almost too easy." He said, voicing his opinion on wanting to battle stronger opponents as well as stepping aside from Chiru to lead, which they will follow, "You lead the way, captain. After all, you probably the only one who knows his way around here. There was absolutely no doubt that this boy was powerful. He didn't even break a sweat defeating all of those marines. Of course, he had Fletcher's help in beating them. However, the simple display of the boy's strength is proof the Logias were of he most powerful of Devil Fruit users, even if some are children.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates - Page 2 Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Anarchy Wed May 07, 2014 11:13 am

The marines watched in disbelief as a man made of magma burned them. While the lava was in mid air, the superior leading them screamed into a den den mushi for help. Little did that do, as the men were all taken out and then finished off by a man made of lightning.

On the other side of the den den mushi...

"You did a fine job Camby. Tell me where they went." a marine captain asked.

After Camby, the marine Fletcher took out, explained what happened, the marine captain prepared to chase down the crew. Puffing out smoke from his cigar, he stared at the den den mushi which was ringing. After picking up the snail, all he heard was screams and then the connection went bad. It was time to move before these guys did any more harm, or escape...

"Get a warship ready," the captain ordered into the den den mushi, commanding some other marines to prepare. The pirates were a good bit ahead, and he could take off in the warship to track them down. The logias didn't have a good chance of winning at sea. There, the marines would finally have the advantage.

Meanwhile the pirates had already reached the docks and were getting ready to leave. Chiru was quite glad he had such reliable crewmates now. At first, he never expected to find such powerful people in the town, people who could wipe out tens and hundreds of marines with ease.

"Here's the ship... I know it's a little small but it'll work for now." said the captain.

Spoiler:

(ignoring part of the picture, the ship has two cannons and is a little smaller, making it a little cramped)

Floating in front of them was the ship. Just like the crew, it had no name, but it was a stolen vessel from the marines. It wasn't close to a warship, but it was better then a little raft. The ship had two cannons, one kitchen, captain's room (with a little spot up top, where the kitchen is located), and a little hatch going to the bottom for supplies and such. Chiru hoped they liked the ship for it was what they would sail in for now.

Fletcher grinned as his crewmate assisted him in taking out the cannon fodder. It was just an example of what the two could accomplish together as they sailed the ocean. "Hey man, you're not bad yourself." Fletcher replied, a wild grin adjourning his face as adrenaline pumped through his veins. Soon they were done, the Marines unconscious from the sheer power of the two Logia users. Johnny then expressed a desire to fight more powerful opponents and Fletcher found himself agreeing. "We should head into the Grand Line, there's bound to be some tough guys there." The magma man offered. It was a sensation that the two of them shared, something likely foreign to Chiru, for those who spent their entire lived invincible and intangible the promise of a challenge excited them, they wanted to feel the rush of having someone who could stand at the same level as you could. Of course, both ignored the murderous rampage Fletcher had gone on in response to pain. Of course, he'd resisted it the second time so it was likely a one off reaction...hopefully it was a one off reaction.

Soon they'd reached the dock and Fletcher grinned as he looked on at his new ship, it was cramped and undesirable, but it belonged to the crew and he wasn't one to be fussy. He was the kind of man who was astonished when somebody didn't find a hammock comfortable, and it wasn't because of his intangibility. He enjoyed the feeling of freedom that came with living outside of convention and would gladly foresake any and all luxury and comfort for that. "It'll do nicely." Fletcher replied before he leapt onto the boat and began to look around, a joyful grin on his face, unaware that as they stood there Marines were mobilizing, attempting to capture them.

Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates - Page 2 Empty Re: Serious: The Forming of the Excision Pirates

Post by Jonny Strider Thu May 08, 2014 3:27 pm

Upon arriving at the location Chiru lead both of them at, the boy gazed at what would be their primary source of transportation across the seas. It looked slightly small in size and the only fire power it has are two cannons when fighting against enemy vessels. Still, Jonny didn't complain one bit about how the ship looked. In fact, he was happy to have a ship that goes along with the crew he is in. It may be small, but it was their vessel. He was excited to set sail in it. Besides, he can use his lightning to attack the enemy ships. Though, he must careful not to fall into the water. Like all Devil Fruit users, Jonny shares the same weakness for the sea. If he were to fall into the waters he was near, he would become paralyzed. Still, the boy doesn't worry about that much. After all, he sailed here to Loguetown in a smaller boat.

"Nice ship captain, I can't wait to sail around in it. You won't have to worry about any other enemies attacking us out at sea. I can just fire my "Rumble Bolt" at them." He said, complementing his leader's choice of vessel as well as offering to fill in on firing down the enemy ships that happen to appear on them. Speaking of enemies, more marines were likely on their way to capture the small pirate crew. They might try sending navy ships while they were all out at sea. It is thankful that Jonny is a lightning human. he can create immeasurable amounts of electricity and take down ships with ease. If a large number of the enemy vessels happen to show, the young pirate has a technique he has been wanting to try out, but wasn't able to find a big enough target. This attack would be unnecessary for just one ordinary enemy, considering it's size.

Jonny decided to hop onto the new ship for his crew. He then, started to walk around, observing the structure that made up it's form. As the boy got a closer insight on the crew's ship, he could see that their were enough rooms for the current number of crew members. There had to be a kitchen to get something to eat, he was hungry. Though, he doubt anyone knew how to cook. Still, this wasn't the time think about food. The marines were possibly still on their tails. He turned to the captain's direction to tell him to get on the ship, so they could set sail to new island and new adventures.

"Come on captain, let's get out of here. The marines are probably still after us, so we probably shouldn't waste any time." He said, wanting to leave Loguetown already and travel to new lands out at sea. Jonny does wonder where they will be going from the place they were currently at. He felt pumped for exploration and adventure. He was also excited about fighting powerful opponents they happen to run into.

"The only problem is warships chasing us. Which probably will happen. So we will make a pitstop before going to the Grand Line."

Chiru knew where the Grand Line was, so he would head the opposite way. They needed a navigator before going in. Chiru had heard the weather was insane there. The captain did not really know how to sail a ship or anything, so they would sail until they saw an island.

After hopping on the ship, Chiru got the wheel/helm, an prepared to sail off. Turning to his crewmates, Chiru pointed forward.

"Get comfy guys."

The marine captain was heading to the ship. He was almost there, and the warship was almost ready as well. By the time he got the dock, the pirates would have headed off. This man wasn't going to let them off. He would trail them until he caught them.

Taking a puff from his cigar, he cracked his knuckles. The pirates needed to prepare for a tough battle. This man was different from Camby, he actually could defeat them.
